Very similar to my routine. But replace BJJ with running, and sports in the spring / summer

Swimming a great exercise , and often do it for 20 min after a lift session. I Don’t measure every carb, but just keep them down in my diet. Alcohol twice a week tops

This is what I do now. Similar age.

Typical Diet Includes"
-Red meat (steak, pork, lean ground beef, bison)
-Chicken Thighs
-White rice
-Occasional yellow and sweet potatoes
-Vegetables with most meals but not too much. Too many vegetables will wreck your gut. Stick to vegetables that won't create a lot of gas or at least minimize the amount of those per serving. I usually eat red/yellow/orange peppers, zucchini, sweet onion (in small amount), rutabaga, mini bella mushrooms, carrots. I also use fresh parsely, basil, fresh tumeric, fresh ginger, fresh thyme, and fresh garlic for flavoring and additional micronutrient/health benefits.
-Some fruit like blueberries and blackberries. I also drink Pure cranberry juice in small amounts twice a day (it's potent but great for kidney and urinary tract health)
-I drink mostly mineral based water or kaged muscle hydracharge added to purified water.
-Sprouts
-Raw milk, honey, skry/greek yogurt when I can get locally. None of that pasteurized bullchit.

Diet is just consistency of good habits. I would say right now I eat about 90% of my meals like that, and have "cheat meals"

Other things I do:
-Wash face twice a day with cetaphil
-Best face cream I have ever used and nothing comes close (srs). Not kiehls, jack black double duty, nor cerave has even come close to this imo.(Type in farmstead face cream in amazon. I can't post links).
Exercise:
-Jump rope or row every day for at least 20 min
-lift 4-5x a week
-I do some work with a lacrosse ball or bands depending on any mobility issues or tightness/weakness

It looks like a lot but it isn't. I have a routine right now and I will stick to this and make minor changes based on weather, goals, etc. My skin has never been better. Ever. I can't remember the last zit I have had or any type of skin issues. Switching out pasteurized dairy and milk for raw straight from the farm has made a big difference. Also barely any eating out, minimizing sugar, and no caffeine are a huge plus.

I quit caffeine for good. A coffee here and there is fine but don't make it a habit. If you're someone that was a daily drinker of it, then don't make it a habit again. If you do drink caffeine, coffee is the best. Actually right now I have about 2 cups a week. It's winter so I like a nice warm beverage here and there.

If you're an active individual who consumes enough antioxidant rich, high fiber fruits and vegetables red meat shouldn't be a concern. That mass farmed chicken is trash IMO.

Skincare
Body exfoliate / Face scrub in the shower
Moisturise 2x a day
Eye cream
anti-aging moisturizer
Hyaluronic acid pre evening moisturising
That's a lot of skin care. I recently started trying to take better care of my skin because I like to be in the sun and I don't want to look like a piece of chewed up leather later on.

So I get this exfoliating stuff and moisturizer, and my family looks at me like I'm some kind of ******* for caring about my skin. The same people who tell me my skin looks like a tire. Can't win.
