30s only suck for the dudes who are 22 until the day they turn 30.
If you've been improving yourself, your career and your close relationships 30s are awesome.

Don't listen to the moochers who think that 30 is time to LDAR. 30 is still plenty young and you haven't even peaked yet. My 30s has been way better than my 20s in terms of lifting gains and physique. Plus in your 30s you SHOULD have more money, be higher on the property ladder, better career prospects than your 20s.
I'm not even afraid of hitting 40. It's just a number. Only when I get to 60 will I start to see myself as 'old'.

I'll be 30 in two months.
I basically lived 2 lifetimes by age 25 though. Last couple years have just been getting everything in my life in check and figuring out everything from finances, what I want out of life via family, friends, hobbies, helping community, etc.
I don't have life figured out by any means, but I think I am at a foundation where I am about to explode off in my life. Like a snowball at the top of a hill about to build a chit ton of momentum in life.
I also feel extremely young still despite being in college athletics. Aches and pains sure, but very healthy otherwise and I have a sudden burst of youthful energy that I didn't have the past 2 or 3 years.
We're all gonna make boyo. You're life is just beginning in terms of what you can accomplish and what's ahead. Time to crush OP.
