But it didn’t. Wars were fought. Some Christians don’t understand it, it gets misinterpreted and people do horrible things despite being Christian. It did not lead to utopia. It is not a perfect system.

If I was a doctor and I prescribed people a protocol for being better humans. People tried to understand that protocol, but it wasn’t always clear, there was doubt, some instructions were misinterpreted, some consequences for not following it precisely were ignored and a bunch of people died then would you say it’s a good protocol? No! You would say the instructions need to be more clear, there needs to be more evidence that it works, and there needs to be more transparency.

I’m not saying Christianity is bad. I think it’s great and has helped a lot of people, but it’s not foolproof or perfect.
Wait, you're blaming Christianity because some humans misinterpreted what they read?

Let me ask you a simple question.

Is it possible to write ANYTHING, that no human, ever, now and forever, will never misinterpret?

So it's Christianity's fault if a human, in human error, misinterprets it?

We have people who don't understand warning labels on commercial appliances and still die to accidents, despite the clear warnings. Come on.

You specifically brought up people dying. I told you, God says "Do not murder".... if you misinterpret that, it's humanity's fault, not God's.

The mere fact that there has been misinterpretations is not an indictment on the system.

The mad scientist has become an archetype over the years. It refers to people who have become rational to they point they're unable to form and maintain relationships (usually happens due to trauma). They lose connection with the real world. They develop diseases because their body goes to chit due to numbing it over their life. They can't keep a social life because they weird people out due to being disconnected.

At this point, society at large as become wise enough to not let it get out of hand.

Oh the irony. I’m the one who is trash? Look at your comments. My comments aren’t hostile, while yours are filled with personal attacks. Would Jesus approve of your comments?

Anyways. Fair enough. Again, have a nice day, sir.

That argument works for human creations but not for an infinitely wise creator of the universe.

If God played a live stream in the sky of heaven every morning, and if you ****ed up you dreamt of hell every night until you made it right that would be pretty effective would it not? But it would also constrain us.

In any case I would like to think an infinitely wise creator would understand how humans would interpret the messages and figure out the best way to communicate them to prevent those atrocities.

maybe by communicating it the way it was and by letting humanity make mistakes and document them throughout history like we have it does lead to us developing a deep understanding on our own that translates across generations. Maybe we live in a loop until we get it right and move on. Who knows. I definitely don’t.

Y'all need to watch Robert McNamara: The Fog of War if you think high intelligence automatically equals good policy. Harvard professor, CEO of Ford (3rd largest company in the world at that time), and he still acted like a fukking idiot.

Not only was his strategy chitty, but he was an absolute moral coward as well. He pressed to continue Nam after he KNEW he couldn't find a way out of it, and started drafting literal retards as cannon fodder so he didn't have to call up the National Guard.

You see an imperfect system.

I see imperfect humans, who intentionally disobey, or make mistakes.

You can have a perfect system, and a human can come make a human error while reading it, can this not happen?

You can have a perfect system, and a human can simply choose to ignore and disobey.. can this not happen?

I don’t see an imperfect system. I personally believe it’s a perfect system (the universe and all of this not just Christianity).

I do see imperfect humans and if we were created we were created imperfectly.

This either means a creator made a mistake, which I find hard to believe considering everything that went right. Down to the smallest observable and unobservable detail.

Or we were created with the ability to misunderstand, misinterpret in a universe filled with uncertainty because that what drives us. We want to know the truth, desperately. We stare at the stars, go to church, listen to smart people, because we want to understand. This comes with the price of people having the ability to be sociopaths and psychopaths; to use others for their own personal gain rather than to try and build each other up.

If everything was spelled out for us and there was no uncertainty in our understanding then life would be simple. We wouldn’t need to wonder. We wouldn’t need to imagine. We would simply know the truth, and follow it.

I agree with your last statement about the earth being a crib. Repped for the discussion. I’ve spent too much time on here

Have you actually read the bible?

Let's start with Genesis. God made two people. And somehow their offspring married some, um, other people that just showed up? Or did they marry their sisters that were never mentioned?

lol at that fuking autist

His "theory" boils down to the people in power are corrupt chitheads (true) and we need new leaders (true), so we need a new ultra authoritarian system of government which conforms to the "right" form of thinking, which of course would be entirely aligned with my views, which I would be willing to run. These new leaders, possibly even myself, who would have even far greater power than the previous corrupt *******s, would have humanity's best interest at heart and while they would go so far as to place restrictions on who can perform basic human functions like breeding, we should entrust them with this power to not be corrupt *******s like every other leader in the past.

lmao

lmao at more centralized power being the solution to people who abused power in the past.

Well we need some leader figures most likely, so why not the smartest people alive that have some understanding of reality and humanity. I could expand on this, but not today.

It´s easy to sit there and criticize it when you have no understanding of "his theory" or the ramifications of it.

His theory or idea, boiled down to its core is to replace all current leadership with leaders with the exact same belief system as himself. He doesnt even allow the possibility of leaders that think different than him. That is fuking retarded and not even close to feasible. I cannot think of a more narcissistic view point than his genius idea of replacing everyone with people who agree 100% with his world view and for them to have absolute authoritative power.

Good news is he is an autistic hermit and doesnt have the charisma of a hitler or even lower level cult leader so we are pretty safe.

Let me know when you have written a good as paper as the CTMU. Accomplishments doesn´t mean that much to many geniuses. Accomplishments can also in many cases not be measured. Chris Langan is interested in and makes theories of how the universe/reality is. Whats more important and interesting than that?
