10-15% is the sweet spot for natties. Any leaner and you’d look DYEL, any higher and you start to lose definition. Brahs on gear can maintain a higher bf% and still look good because of the sheer amount of muscle they have.

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn
"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

a lot of people are confusing strength training with being a bloat lord powerlifter.
There is a difference in being strong and gaining massive amounts of fat to gain leverage for 3 lifts.

Just lmao at ruining your health by juicing and lifting heavy to hit some arbitrary strength PR and body goals that literally nobody cares about, except for that time when you happen to impress a couple of likeminded males at your local gym for a couple of minutes. All this while not even getting paid to do it.
Nice tradeoff

PRs are real. Not sure how I could prove it. Lol at thinking mediocre-at-best lifts would be fake. That's the most hilarious part of guys on here saying I'm e-statting, they're not even super impressive numbers.

Girl's care much less about our bodies than we think they do. That's why I've learned to focus on and accentuate everything else when talking to girls. I know I'm jacked. They're not blind, so they know I'm jacked. What needs too be talked about? If the conversation/interaction continues and gets to the point we have sex, clearly they're okay with it.
In my experience, I would honestly say most girls lean the opposite way. Being too lean can be intimidating to them and make them think you're going to judge everything they eat and be scared to go eat a greasy breakfast with them. Being jacked, but not that lean seems to put them at ease and they enjoy the bit of softness. But, everyone is different and so are their preferences.

They're decent numbers locally/for an average dude, for sure. They're abysmal for an untested powerlifter. Checking rankings would make that pretty clear.

If you’re lifting for women then as long as your arms look good in a t shirt, you don’t have tits or a bloat gut, you don’t have chicken legs then you’re probably good.
Also can bang for 20+ minutes without having a heart attack, extra credit if you can pick them up and bang them against a wall for a bit.
