They are high in protein. They are just really lean. There is nothing inherently wrong with Rabbit meat. You just need to wrap it in bacon or figure out a way to up its fat content.


Rabbits breed like crazy and are easy to raise in the back yard. In the event of a long term SHTF scenario it wouldn't hurt to raise the for meat. You can literally feed them the scraps of the veg you don't eat.

They want their depopulation and will be attacking us from multiple sides to achieve it imo.

Solar will save us in the next decade or two due to Moore's law. Soon everyone will have solar panels on the roof and energy will be free. At least in Australia where it's sunny all year lmao

Prepping depends on the scenario.

Want to survive a few weeks without access to the power grid or grocery store? Sure, food supplies, water or water purification system, a wood stove and logs, and weapons you're good.

Want to survive a few years when the SHTF? Having the above just makes you a target. Best bet is either forming a tiny gang and using wit and violence to survive, or joining up with (or becoming) the local warlord. Good luck figuring out how to do that in advance.

It's not that prepping is foolish - Texas proved yet again how at-risk we are in modern cities. It's just that it's not realistic to survive for more than a few weeks unless you just plan to escape to a cabin in the country and you're self-sufficient but even that is gonna be hard if there is major civil unrest and war.

They are already working on sterilizing us and they can zap a degenerative disease or a cancer into you at any moment .
These old beliefs about some apocalypse is wrong and covid was the proof. With mass gathering of data for the machines calculating the future , wealth transfer , automation with the 4th industrial revolution and etc

Same as 2000 with the last conjecture of Jupiter and Saturn , they ushered in a new age with 911 and they did so against with corona , that just coincided with the conjecture of 2020.
Why would the elites want to violently destroy what they created when they can just soft kill you without destroying the world

Yes, that's the option with the tiny gang like you and a couple bros staying quiet and low, and just stealing and killing innocent people to survive.

If you live away from the major urban areas, you can probably bugout pretty easily but if you live in like NYC no matter how prepared you are you'll probably get mobbed or killed when fleeing assuming you survived the initial insult that led to the collapse of everything

I would agree except nobody can see into my property, where I live our lots are all multiple acres - 10 is the min I believe since we are in an unincorporated area. The only way anybody would know what I have is by air.

My neighbors are all multi-millionaires with a few billionaires that bought their own mountains. They have way more chit to steal than I'll ever have.

Every substation has a transformer. Every power plant has a big ass transformer. Not sure where the 9 came from.
I work for a utility and know pretty much everything about the electrical system. A cyber attack would take it down. That is correct because alot of it operated automatically. But if the hackers disabled Every,,Da,, device that's out there it wouldn't take much to bypass them....

Alot of the stations are still in the stone age Era as well.
The only way to take it down is to shut down the plants. But good luck with that.

Diabetes sucks.

My mom was Type 2 and insulin dependent. I had to check her sugar, calculate her insulin dosage, and inject her a few times a day.

I saw at least a five or six years ago that in Europe they had done a trial using a type of bariatric surgery to treat diabetes in patients that weren't morbidly obese. I'm not sure if a minimum level of fatness was required, but from what I recall they got great results. Here was a more recent study done in CAN:

One month prior to surgery and 72 hours post-surgery, blood samples were collected to compare before and after values for markers including blood sugar, insulin levels, the appetite hormone ghrelin and gut hormones, such as GLP-1.

Three days after surgery, those who got the duodenal switch operation done had lower fasting blood sugar levels as well as lower postprandial glucose excursions [PPGEs].
PPGEs, or changes in the amount of blood glucose from before to after a meal, are an important aspect of the prevention of vascular complications in type 2 diabetes.

According to the researchers, the improvement of diabetes outcomes seen after the duodenal surgery can be primarily attributed to hormonal changes.

This study suggests that such changes, which depend in part upon the length of intestine bypassed, are more favourable with the duodenal surgery rather than the sleeve gastrectomy.

Researchers noted increased GLP-1 levels, which have been shown to result in the expansion in size of beta cells, increased insulin production and sensitivity.

There was also no postprandial rise in peptide hormones of the pancreas and gastrointestinal tract, such as the gastric inhibitory polypeptide [GIP], after duodenal switch.

The fact that there was no increase in GIP, which ordinarily induces more insulin secretio, may mean that these patients have regained some insulin sensitivity.

When the appetite-stimulating hormone ghrelin is reduced [as in sleeve gastrectomy], insulin sensitivity increases even more. Here, however, ghrelin remained higher in the duodenal switch group.

These findings suggest that the duodenal switch is superior to the sleeve gastrectomy, since it leads to more positive hormonal changes overall, but long term data is needed to find the true benefits of these surgeries.

The surgery is a big deal and can change the types of food you can tolerate. You also have to be careful to supplement some vitamins and monitor for any deficiencies.

Anyone interested would have to see if they would be likely to benefit from the surgery and decide if the pain and changed lifestyle would be worth getting free from insulin injections.
