He said a coworker screamed at him because he was doing small tasks due at the end of the week after he finished his work for the day trying to get ahead. She kept yelling "YOU CAN'T DO THIS! YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!" It made zero sense he said and he literally thought he was in the twilight zone. She was throwing a tantrum.

The stuff his main boss did to him was some of the most insane chit I have ever heard in an office.

They hated him because he was a man and good at his job. They even got mad for being direct and cordial in emails, and didn't speak like a ******* corporate loser. They said he came off aggressive when he said "Okay thanks I'll finish that now. Do you have xyz finished for me? If not, send it when you are finished and I will input blah blah blah. Thanks!" They literally made him have a meeting over that.

It is getting wild out there. They will try to break you if you are a masculine man.
Literally why I quit my 9-5 office job over 7 years ago, and never looked back. I had a female manager that was constantly trying to get me in trouble, and would constantly nit pick my work for minuscule errors. I would finish my required work for the day, usually before lunch because I got so good at it. It would piss her off, because I figured out a very proficient and faster way to complete my tasks. On top of that, everyone was so negative and complained about everything. It sounded like a cluster fukk of miserable women on the rag, even the men sounded like ******s.

I rather be a tradie (Ded fukin Srs)

Feminine men are pathetic. Every male should have a fire burning inside them to be masculine, goes back to our hunter gatherer days. I believe its in most men its just our culture that suppresses it. If these dudes had a chance with proper mentors the fire would rage. Unfortunately its not what our puppet masters want.

Sounds like excuses. Men drank, smoked, ate crap, fapped way more in the past. I think its all the prescription drugs. Once we started giving them to kids, this all started.

Men actually did physical labor and had to be tough. Today we have similar habits but in a world of ease and comfort and no need for physical labor.

It's a combination. The biggest difference is food also. Chit food + no physical work = fapping on your couch in between episodes of ozarks.

I don't agree with this generalization. I have worked an office job for years, and the men have mostly been average build (although some have been swole and athletic) normal levels of masculinity and test for the 20th century western world, and not simpish.

I dunno what kind of offices OP has been into.

Could it be a Canadian thing?

Men workout today? Have you seen most of these femboys in the gym? That's such a small percentage it is unbelievable. 40+% of the population is obese.

You realize a large portion of the population had farms or chickens, cows, goats, and gardens right? There weren't computers and cell phones back in the day. Most jobs were laborious, based on production, and were much more difficult in doing.

Look at the technology we have today. People can make money and never leave their house. We have grocery stores for everything. Gym is optional in Public school. We have video games, netflix, etc. You think these people were just chilling in their house all day Watching a small boxed tv with 3 channels all day? People actually went out and did chit

I work in a very vanilla workplace, six figure analyst.

I drive into work listening to NPR. People greet me with “Sir” and “Mr. Arem”, I come in 15 minutes early and read the New York Times while prioritizing emails and checking my schedule for the day.

I smile, I make polite short conversation, and I rarely speak in meetings unless I’m leading them or the group is deferring to me to make the final decision. I wear a suit and tie, I keep emergency spares of work clothes in case of a coffee stain, and I polish my shoes before big meetings.

People ask me what I did over the weekend, I tell them I did yard work. I don’t have a yard.

On the weekend I leave and go to a city about an hour away where I own a gym, blast 90’s hip hop, crush blunts, and fuk 20 year old yoga instructor single moms and rich divorced 40 year olds.

Then on Sunday I head home, scrub the filth off, and slide back into my mundane pedestrian life.

I’m also a Super Swell guy at neighborhood barbecues and non profit social functions, lmao.

Sometimes it’s the vanillas you have to watch out for.

office work tends to be more people oriented rather than thing oriented. you have to be sensitive and submissive to people's feelings in order to manipulate them to do what you want, please them in order to get your way, make them like you to advance to a higher position, etc.

not true for more thing-oriented roles like engineering which tend towards hyper-masculine interactions.

with more and more women in the workforce office jobs have become hyper-feminized. remember this is a brand new experiment, women have only been integrated this heavily into the workforce for the last 50 years or so, in prior times it was extremely rare. we have no idea what the outcome of this experiment will be, but we can already see the wide-scale destruction of marriage, nuclear families, and testosterone levels dropping precipitously. this experiment could very well end in the total collapse of western civilization within a century of its inception.

I work in a healthcare office surrounded by female staff and it's hard not to channel all their feminine energy when dealing with our patients.

I've worked in offices for 30 years and rarely encountered the kind of craziness that gets stated as "normal" in these cubecel hate threads. Maybe offices in the US are just fukked up or something? Worked my current job for years, there's no woke culture, no incessant bitching, communication is direct. Gender mix is near 50/50 though, maybe that has something to do with it.
