You don't move to Idaho to go live in Boise. Those people are all retards. It blows my mind when people go to new states based on a particular MAJOR CITY. ALL major cities are liberal hell holes.

If you move to a red state, it should purely be to live a rural or smaller town/city lifestyle. There is no Major city in America that is some conservative uptopia.

Why don't people see this? "But but but The jobs!" If your job means you have to work in a city to afford your lifestyle, then you have to go to a liberal hell hole.

Otherwise learn a trade, learn to farm, learn to be more self sufficient, have a job that is remote, or start a small business.

Fruitland, Idaho is a rural farm town of 6,000 fifty miles from Boise. They built 29 houses this last year. The waiting list for new housing there is 100 deep.

Pretty much every right winger wants to turn the clock back on America 20 to 50 years and live in the kind of rural-suburban area that used to exist. Those areas are exactly what's exploding.

This is Temecula, CA in 1985 vs 2020.



People who lived in A watched it turn into B and don't like it, so now they are looking for areas that look exactly like A.

Yes. Like retards. I live in that almost exact place near chicago. Those won't exist anymore. I don't think people understand how retarded you are moving to the vicinity of a major city. It always turns into the very thing you left. Always. There are zero examples of it not happening. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results. They're still near BOISE.

I can buy 11.5 acres in sandpoint Idaho right now near schweizer mountain for 180k. It is full of timber I can lease the land and probably make 15 grand to level it for a logging company. I can build a cabin on their myself and start a homestead.

But people are so fukking stupid they'll pay 400k for an oversized house near a city to live in exactly what they were "moving away from"

That's been the fun thing about living in SD. Probably 95/100 people I've met here have been Republicans, and usually pretty hardcore ones at that. Legit, it seems more based than even Idaho. The county voted for Biden last year, which is ghey because the county/state as a whole has to play by their cucked blue-state rules, but I don't know who tf was doing the voting.

Maine is incredible. I used to take off there 2-3 times a year and always had a great time. Great people, beautiful landscape. NW Arkansas kind of has the same vibe with less opioids, great coffee and an interesting startup scene.

Another issue with wanting to live in small town America/nearly exclusively Republican America is that you may rarely ever meet young people. A good majority of people in small town America are older and middle aged people. You will rarely ever see young people or a healthy night life. Young people (besides miscers of course) tend to leave small town America for larger cities. I grew up in Lubbock TX. and almost everyone wanted to move out, and the ones that could (college educated professionals) did.

You may want to consider this as well.

Do you think that has a much of a negative impact on Windermere as a whole?

From what I can gather, being that it's right behind Disney World, it seems to be relatively quite and less traveled by tourists.

Yeah it's a pretty good area if you can afford to live there. Pretty sure several Orlando Magic players still live there. Definitely a quality area as far as Central FL is concerned.

Why would young people want to live in rural or small town America over cities such as Dallas, Orlando, Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, Forth-worth, NYC, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Houston , Austin etc. ?

There are much less opportunities in small town America and less job prospects than in the cities.

Most normal young people (besides miscers of course) tend to leave small town America for larger cities. I grew up in Lubbock TX. and almost everyone wanted to move out, and the ones that could (college educated professionals) did. I moved to Dallas. Don't be so obsessed with politics that you lose out on job opportunities only available in cities.
