Not really, that’s basically the same pace as my 8-10mile runs, maybe like 15second per mile faster.

First saw the 22:06 at the top and thought that was going to be the run time


still when 40% of the population is obese and would need 20 minutes to walk a mile, that means youre atleast someone who works out or in the rare 1% that can just run naturally for whatever reason

You have some work to do OP. But for most people that isn't a bad time. I think my best road time 5k was 17:49? That was through a college campus, on road, inclines, obstacles, etc. But I was a college athlete so it was basically part of my job.

I think if you honestly put direct effort towards running you could get around 20 min within 3-4 months.
