So how many sets and reps of chest you do each time you hit chest/in one workout? Since you do high frequency

Mirin' transformation, nice going OP.
Your write-up has me checking the sets on my program now. I've always seen how the Renaissance Periodization guys track sets like you do, but I've only used it as a rough guide - haven't full-out counted everything.
What's always confused me though is how do you count compounds? I assume vanilla bench is probably just chest, but is incline CGBP tris or chest? What about chin-ups? Count as half?

Bacterial or viral?
Which is worse
Which is worse
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

Anyway, if you had meningitis and did not go to a hospital and get a crap ton of antibiotics pumped through you intravenously within a day or 2 (maybe you have more time, not sure), you'd be dead. This was @10 years ago and I am no medical expert, but I think the doctor told me whatever was in the IV fluid they used to fight the meningitis, I had over 200,000% of the normal level and they weren't sure if that would kill me ( I think because of liver), but were sure if they didn't..... the meningitis will.
Symptoms, all your joints are ridiculously inflamed. Everything hurts, real bad. Really bad fever. Pain, lots of pain.

And yeah, the boiz at RP will consider 3 sets of chinups as like 1-2 sets of biceps I believe... I don't do that. I think ultimately if you keep the rules you're using consistent, you get pretty accurate numbers anyway.
There's also tonnes of noise added to the system when you consider that your volume "limit" or the max you can recover from is forever changing.
You might have a bad breakup and it plummets down by 10 sets because of the stress you're under.
You might undersleep a few nights and the same happens.
It's important to distinguish between hitting your limit when your recovery was on point, and hitting your limit because your recovery was absolutely trash.

For breakfast each morning I'd have a Bagel with 80g of peanut butter and a banana mashed on top, washed down with 2 scoops of whey + milk and a kiwifruit & apple to cleanse the palette afterwards. Brekkie of the phucken gods srs.
And no, I basically just ate all the foods I love the most. People feel like throwing up because they eat **** they've been told is good for bulking, when they don't actually like the taste of it that much. I guarantee you if I had drunk 1L choccy milk, had mass gainer shakes with oats, or done any other dumb **** I see people recommend for bulking, I would have thrown up.
Also, keeping fibre low is key. All your food should go down like butter, without being as sickly as butter obv.
The go-to hyper-palatable foods that make the western world a sickening obesogenic environment were my staples. Pizza, ice cream, nachos, pasta with creamy sauce.
High fat high carb calorie loads.
to the best!
