Sprained the **** outta my ankle so did a circuit of one legged push up burpees, one legged kettlebell swings, and pull ups with my 25lb vest. Gotta make the best of it I guess.

What do your other days look like? Or is it more of just what you are feeling like hitting on a given day (very fluid)?

I lift my feels...
Today is leg day:
Barbell Squats - 3x5
Leg Press - 50, 40, 30, 20 , 10, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 reps aka Pyramid Sets
I'll go heavy and add weights on each set but if I can't make those reps then I'll just leave the lightest weight just so I can get that rep amount for that set.
50 reps of Jump Rope to build calves

That pyramid is fukking sick - I dunno how light I'd have to go to hit 50 reps. Probs just the air tbh.

Was supposed to be back day but dadlife got in the way. Might lift late night but my chit is all outdoors and I live in the city so clanging weights at 11pm would prob piss off my neighbors. Might need to invest in bumpers for this reason.

I was semi-fasted today (total calories in the 16 hours prior to lifting ~700) and my session went better than expected, oftentimes I can't lift fully fasted. Though I've been rather aggressive with my caloric deficit the last month so that probably is part of it.
