405lbs Bench Press is actually very strong especially for a natural who never touched roids whatsoever and not even obese to add with very long arms. If you do more than this not that impressive considering you are a roid user if that is even you on your profile pic. If you ever stayed natural you would not even be close to the size you are and I bet would be so much weaker so shut it

I can make more money if I hopped on. But for one it is a lot of money. Two I have to do heinous things to afford it. Also I will have a much shorter lifespan especially considering my predisposed medical conditions so taking them will accelerate the process. Most importantly I want to utilize what I am naturally blessed with and see how far I can truly go as a natural. I still am making progress and not done yet. I also preach the natural lifestyle to show others that if you train long enough the right way you can get great strength and a physique naturally.

Considering you are 5 foot 10 and 175lbs and 8% bodyfat those are very good numbers. Very respectable numbers regardless. You are in great shape. Strong with the weights. Elite strength with the calisthenics especially 41 chinups sheesh. Everything else is good and it's hard to be strong not being a manlet who is below 10% bodyfat practically shredded. Saluted.

If I didn't have a passion for lifting and realizing my natural potential, I definitely would go for the NFL. I would join a football academy and learn the sport. Only reason I am not doing football is because I care about my lifts more and getting as strong as humanely possible. I know football will get me injured and my lifting career will never be the same. I will do football but I care about lifting more than football and I was not put on this earth to play football. I was put on this earth to realize my natural potential and be one of the freakiest naturals out there. Otherwise I would definitely do football or even MMA if I am content with my strength but I know I have more in me and want to reach my maximum.

What is your predisposed medical condition if you don't mine answering?

The thing is, you have good genetics, hell you call yourself a Genetic freak. The average natty who commits and works as hard as you will get nowhere close to your numbers. Unless your medical condition is that bad, I see it as talent wasted.

Body building can also mean building the body after all. According to John Q public anyone who lifts weights is a bodybuilder.

Much appreciated man. This really means a lot. Your comment made my day. I had plenty of fun doing those interviews. Being less than 1% definitely is one of the best feelings out there. Even if a good amount of people are better than me which is still few people I am still fine with that. I am also glad my very long time of hard work and dedication paid off and it is hard work and dedication on what I enjoy doing the most.
