Perfectly happy in my cube(now mostly from home) doing engineering design work. I make 6 figs and the next step up is management and cooperate BS.
Im good where I am, took 10 years to get to this level and Ill stay right the F here for another 10 and retire. Just let me sit and do my work, leave me the F alone and give me money.

Doing a mundane job is manageable if it pays well and you have enough going on outside of it. People who make their job their whole identity make me laugh

It really takes efforts for some people to just relax and enjoy life in itself.Hard to explain man, but I sort of fell really hard in love with this girl who dumped me and then we have not seen each other in a long time.
The feeling peaked 3 months from knowing her, like I just felt really good all of the time, whole and complete within my self, as in I felt 'normal' or 'at home', but yeah things went bad and she didn't like what I was about, especially in my younger days.
So I couldn't stop liking her and hating her, and really thinking of her, and its took me nearly 1 whole year to get to a point where I feel 'normal' again, but now it's withouther. Now it's been like a year and a half, and I am basically there, feeling really good just existing and I want nothing more in life, like I've lost my desires which were ruining my life before.
I don't know anything about her at this point, but yeah I guess she awakened something in me that helped me forgive the world, and change who I am at the most very core of my inner being.
Now I enjoy just sitting at my chair, feeling awesome, and working a 'boring corporate job', which I would have found boring before, where I'd prefer to play dangerous games with dangerous people.
She seems happy also, so good onher.
Who knows maybe we'll meet each other again maybe not - I am outcome independent.

The difference between most humans and people who are more evolved is that we can make thee conscious decision to expand our consciousness - to realise that we are all one, experiencing it self. To realise that death is not the end, and that you have nothing to lose or to win, that it was only an illusion created by your ego.
She cuckolded me pretty hard, but now I have been initiated. Like the whole time she was hanging out with some dude who she met at a beach in Cancun and I'd check her SM coz I can't help it, and feel miserable inside. Like absolutely miserable. Then I basically stopped giving a f*ck. My energy is most often in between my chest, and I wouldn't swap it for anything. Feels like a constant Pepsi high (SRS)
I mean she absolutely humiliated me in front of a bunch of people, but I am so happy now that I could care less.

Yup - found a happy level of a decent salary and a workload I can complete in a few hours (if that) a day and still be a top performer.
I'd rather be stress free than chasing more money.

Totally happy with my work at a McDonald.
Used to be one of those edgy retards who went off of rails because "I just can't do the wagecuck 9-5 life", but then I discovered spirituality and no longer want anything more.

Though I do agree that we should try to see the positive and be happy for people in general (see sig). Although I'm always unsure where the boundary is between being nice and being soft. Trying to figure that out these days.Nah dude, this happened to me randomly.
I wanted to discover the secrets of life and my wish was granted.
That's the thing about manifestation - it takes a strange path in the physical.
For me it was getting cuckolded.
Basically, you can ask your higher self, source, or God, how ever you choose to call it, to give you something, and then stick to it.
It can get really tough because when your ego is taking a bettering you literally end up going crazy until the karma is cleared or your beliefs change, and this manifest as the brain rewiring it self. Sort of like how finishing uni is hard, but once you've done it, it's like, man that wasn't even THAT hard, whilst some dude is still struggling. Feel me?
Then you notice that you can love everybody, even the dude who cucks you, like we're all one consciousness, so I wish him all the best and that he had a fun time with her. Like learn to be happy for other people's success, and then you don't feel anger and jealously. We all die in the end, may as well enjoy your time right?

Sure, survival is hardwired, but what's the point of just surviving? Makes no difference if you think about it.

Sometimes the most horrible person or situation can show you the light - from darkness comes light, after all.
It's worth it though man, but my pride was stripped away from me.

It's legit AF these days after 15 years in IT. Not going to say it's stress free with some of the idiots I have for coworkers but I have a 4 day work week, wear sweatpants/hoodies, the work is easy and I watch YT/Plex 80% of the day usually. Can't complain at all SRS

especially working from home, yeah I'm pretty happy with it lol.
- brb maybe a few hours of actual work, can misc and take care other house stuff in between
- save on commute time and gas money (I save maybe around $150/month on gas which is hyuge)
- I work 8-4, which leaves me 8 hours in the day plus weekends to do w/e the fuk i want
- Content with what I am getting paid atm
- however I only get 10 vacation days (will bump to 18 next year) and I am kinda limited as to when I can take it, once I get back though I get a rude awakening in terms of workload regardless
not sure why people complain about office jobs tbh. yeah it's mundane and repetitive sometimes but who cares as long as you get paid and isn't that stressful. if you have a life outside of it then it should be np.

Go to gym for hour and half
Come back, make lunch, get back to work at 2. Dick around , but maybe get some actual work done

On the same boat as the brahs doing little work from home. I used to be annoyed at how bad the whole promotions thing was (work for a big corporation and our area/division just gets very few promotions) but its compensated by how little I have to work generally.
Thing is its not always like that. I have a lot of colleagues who are buried in work and I've been in the same spot in the past (February, for example). On average I still get very few hours of work each day but you never know when this can change.

lol at you working from homecels who don't seem to have a management that checks your stats, etc. to see if you are actually working, tracking the amount of stuff you do, and hitting the "goal numbers" bull****, etc.
like what I have.... so brb can't really slack even at home

I legit do jackchit all day every day. I worked hard until I got the job/salary I wanted in the location I wanted now I'm on cruise control for the next 28 yrs until retirement. I spend most of my day miscing or playing rocket league while jiggling my mouse every so often to keep my computer active.
