At 36, it's pretty interesting seeing what the dating world is like.
It is full of single moms, and a lot of them have emotional baggage and trust issues.
What I don't see is many women looking to better themselves, but rather demand high value men instead as they seem themselves as a catch.

They either want a young Chad, or a guy with money in which case they don’t care what he looks like, nothing else matters! Personality etc. none of that sheit matters to them. They don’t care how you treat them, they don’t care wether you are smart or kind or stupid or what your interests are, you either need good looks with young age OR money, it’s all they care about.

No wonder so many of you can't get dates - just reading your replies it's obvious you bring NOTHING to the table.
Stop worrying about dating girls - in your 20's you need to be getting into your CAREER, gaining marketable skills, getting hired at good companies, building more skills, networking, getting promotions, building the foundation for your 30s. If you don't have a career where you are working at least 10 hours a day...that's not a career, that's a job, you're a loser, start over.
You guys KNOW what the formula for success is, but the VAST majority of you *******s don't want to put in the work, you'd rather whine on an Internet forum - feel better now? Has your life somehow improved? Are hot girls all of a sudden hitting you up? Keep whining though....I'm sure it'll work soon enough.
Bring on the negs from the losers please - it helps me identify you easier.

You can make half a million a year and you still won't automatically get dates. In fact, chances are you'll have a much harder time dating than the 40k/year guy since you're very likely to be working extremely long hours if making that much or just successful at all at a younger age.

Women make their own money now. They don't care as much about the guy bringing a lot of the table outside of his looks and personality. Sure you need to be employed and have some reasonable income (ex. an average one). But the latter is very easy to do for almost all guys.
On the other hand, being facially attractive *and* having a solid personality are a lot more difficult. Why do you think women reject rich guys? An average looking guy with a high income will still mostly get rejected. An attractive guy with an average income will usually succeed.

Most of you are *******s this is why,
A lot of you are relying on a relationship to make you happy. Relationships have never been happy. Do your dad and mom still cuddle on the couch every night????? no they ****ing dislike each other.
Relationships are ****ing boring. The sex is boring, the woman is boring, they've always been **** thats why everyone cheated.

Now it's true that pussy isn't everything and I'll gladly take having a multi-6 figure net worth over a few more notches on my bed. That said, the meme of "just focus on yourself/your career and the women will eventually come" is bull**** unless you have enough money to buy hoes a lifestyle they dream of (think being able to fly them out to exotic locals in a luxury hotel or buying them designer clothing without blinking an eye). Even then, beta bucks game goes out the door for the types that are into it because they'll automatically drop you or cheat on you with the good-looking fuccboi.

The reality is, people who make that much money also work veryyyy long hours. How will you have time to find dates and go on them? Take it from someone in a high income field who is around such people 6-7/7 days a week.

You know what makes me LOL about women and how they select men when it comes to age, is that they have this preference like “I like a man to be 2 years older than me” or “I only date younger men” etc. But never in this discussion does reality come in, a 50 year old man in shape is really much younger than a typical liberal man at 25, certainly fertility and ability to be a good father, a good f*ck, a good protector and provider will certainly be on the side of the 50 year old in shape guy.
These bitches that don’t want to date men who are 10 years older, many times that man can outrun them and outlast them in bed, on a track, in life, everywhere, bitches should worry about themselves and their fitness and health and “realistic” or “practical” age.
I had this happen once, I was so LOL and WTF, i asked about one bitch, and people were like well no, she is too young for you, I was like bitch put on your sneakers and lets go to the track, if you have better cardio then you are too young for me. Otherwise STFU.

I have multiple older family members that are 5-10M rich and they refuse to spend it to provide lavish lifestyle for themselves so they are stuck with mediocre partners. One of them even looks like a man, not sure how he even bangs that thing.
Anyways, but yeah if you're older as a guy and you're not spending on that chick or providing a nice lifestyle for the both of you it's not going to do anything.
No one cares about your net worth if you live a boring mundane life driving boring cars in an average house.

I would say that if you went from "Chad status and every girl wanted you" in your late 20s to being invisible 10 years later...you either let yourself go or you were not as much of a Chad as you thought you were. The only time that's ever happened to me is when I was bloatmaxxing.

Make money, work hard, master legitimate hobbies, protect your assets and keep your health in check. Don't ever feel forced to enter a government contract that is a near win-win for only one partner. Don't ever settle, that will lead to misery and loathing.

You’re not wrong
When I turned 30 everything changed on Tinder. Occasionally I’d score a younger girl, but it was basically what you’ve described. Nobody single at 30ish is baggage free. It’s all a crap shoot

Its only the fact he's bragging about it and making fun of other "no hardworkers" that make you raise an eyebrow

Second - this notion that working hard in a career is "bluebell" is cope of the highest order. You do realize the only people who say such things are those who's lives resemble a horror movie?
I would love you to break down exactly why a career is a bad thing, I don't want to assume anything or put words into your mouth, so I need clarification on the following:
1) Are you saying hard work is a bad thing?
2) How does one advance in a career, if not from hard work, or over performing ones peers?
3) Is a "job" better than a "career"?
4) What is the alternative - entrepreneur? How many hours a week do you think an entrepreneur / owner works?
5) What percentage of entrepreneur's are successful?

Working for FAANG is terrible and sets you up for a life of slavery just to stare at your money number on a screen. No time to actually enjoy that money. It doesn’t mean anything.
This is favorite cope quote for the failures in life. Yeah, working for a FAANG is terrible, that's why everyone wants to do it, the acceptance rate is lower than the Ivy Leagues, the perks are off the charts, the base salaries are high, and we get lots of stock which is where the REAL wealth is. There is plenty of time and opportunity to enjoy that money - but this is where winners and losers differentiate themselves - winners plan for the future - losers blow the money in the short term. All you have to do is not blow your money, save it, invest it, grow it, and soon you'll be making $5-6k/day in the market before you even get out of bed. Tell yourself what you need to though.....this is just a defense mechanism for your own poor choices and lack of desire to work hard.2 million is plenty to get out of that career life and just invest or maybe work part time low stress and live your life for enjoyment.
No it's not - I enjoy my job, I enjoy working with people who are the best in the world at what they do, I enjoy having huge resources and huge latitude to drive projects and make decisions in any way that I want...provided it's justifiable. This isn't your little small town corporate office from "Office Space" with 200 people making ~50k/each and the company has gross revenue of $25M/year with profit margins of 6%. Our yearly revenues are bigger than a small countries GDP - it's fun and rewarding....and I can chitpost on the misc at the same time. 2 Million is not enough - as I've learned, as you continue to accumulate wealth, assets, securities, promotions, more stock options etc your wealth starts accelerating more than you could imagine when you started off 8-10 years ago making $100k barely scraping by after taxes. You get out of life what you are willing to put in - I understand the intense desire to comfort yourself though this kind of cope, it's very difficult, if not impossible for the majority of the population to look in the mirror and admit to themselves that yeah, they didn't really work that hard, they didn't plan ahead, they didn't take responsibility, and the didn't continue to grow their skills.
Let this be a lesson to the young guys reading this - work hard! don't let the failures convince you hard work and competence isn't rewarded. Just go to your local trailer park - they'll all tell you the same cope quotes, they have nothing but excuses. Then go talk to people who are actually successful - they'll all tell you the same thing, there are NO SHORTCUTS.
Be strong, be on your purpose.
