There was a thread sometime back where he has a bloated up face and everyone was like yeah in 2 months he would go back to his normal self. Just lol instead of cutting weight he went for surgery. Looks like one of those used up pornstars.

Yep, probably from doing Baywatch with The Rock. He has changed from being the KING of TWINK niche, to a below average masculine alpha intimidater. Instead of realising what he had, being the king of the twink domain and accepting it, he wanted to have the alpha male intimidater look like The Rock, because that is what he always lacked. He didn't realise that at 5'6" he can never be an intimidater.

It 100% looks like botox, but not surgery. If you watch the FB video you can tell all the muscles are kind of frozen and he can't smile. Surgery would look different I think.
