I already have a DDC 16" and a DDC 14.5", and a 11.5" gray (but I'm 90% sure I'm going to rattle can the gray in near future)... but damn it seeing another 16" for $1200 is very tempting hnnngggg

I'd rather do the blem bcm lower + a bcm upper and bcg and charging handle and come in at about $1250 total than spend more than that on another AR15

I have a BCM intermediate tube on my BCM 14.5, though, I could legit do a complete BCM top to bottom, receivers, BCG, stock, grip, barrel, handguard, even the A5 tube, everything, with that...hmmm

From what I'm seeing, most good manufacturers have complete lowers in stock most of the time now. The shortage seems to be the $99 stripped lowers that people are buying to hoard. lol

Well damn, OT today, we are back to full normal program, other than masks and (kind of) social distancing nothing else. Full yard and dayrooms. Lucked out and took a control booth, pretty much all staff got stuck searching B yard since the inmates snagged a long piece of fencing, so a lot of lost metal... awesome, we usually don't find it until it's sticking out of someone.

my impression is there is "x" amount of people in B yard, and only so many COs that the search isn't as thorough as could be of the cell, or it may very well be outside buried in a hole?

Mass cell searches today, About 14 or so staff that could do searching on any given yard, so for mass searches they pull extra, about 60 total searching today. Each building has 100 cells; I think they did 2 buildings in 5 hours or so.

You got a good deal. Almost as good as my first rifle's deal, better than my last rifle's deal. That's the way to buy these things. The Super Duty rifles are nicer than 99% of what people are "building" by hand picking parts, without costing any more or in many comparisons costing less, when purchased smartly (coupons/blem). Their blems are turning out to be like Aero blems. Basically perfect and great deals.
