Any of you gained weight during covid?
My weight went from 205 to 245 during covid, and it's down to 225 at the moment. Another 20 lbs to go.
How much did you bloatmax during covid?

Leaned out while remaining around 210-215. Gym was open pretty much the entire time, though. 🤷♂️

I can manage my weight super easily when I'm boxing on a reg but not with just lifting alone.

Covid made me twinkmax. I lost a pretty solid amount of weight, including muscle. The gym was closed & so were all the restaurants here (LA cuck) & I used to eat out all the time. On the plus side, I learned to cook at home so my food bill's way lower.

Yep, I was 215 before COVID and by like 90 days into lockdowns last year(I also was in Thailand in December which didn't help) I was up to 260. Awful feeling to go from legit chad status to a guy who gets no pussy.

Nope, I weighed myself today, 223. Still want to get down to about 215 again, but definitely happy with things currently. Have been cutting hard since March 1st, and finally am starting to see the results I wanted. Awesome feeling, because I've been trying to get here for like 9 months now and finally gained the mental toughness to do it.

Lost weight.
I maintained for a while due to decent consistency with the gym and adding cardio as part of my routine starting in 2020 coincidentally, however alcohol consumption kept me heavier for a time. I remember being around 175 lbs for a while at my peak of being unfit during COVID, probably by Novemberish 2020.
Started getting weight loss when I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed and couldn't really eat much for a few days as a result of it. Started packing away some more pounds not too long after that dip though. Eventually went a couple of months sober from alcohol which made a huge impact over a long term considering how I wasn't consuming thousands of alcohol oriented Calories on a weekly basis anymore. Got down to 155 lbs around a week or 2 ago. Currently still refraining from the older ways of my alcohol consumption, keeping me around the lower 160's / upper 150's.

Now imagine continuing this behavior over a longer term, and you start realizing you're consuming thousands of empty/carby Calories per week unnecessarily, as opposed to nutrient enriched Calories.
