Careful what you wish for. Those womens gyms usually cater to older women and the less of them there are in regular gyms the better. Women in general have the absolute worst gym etiquette and you can't tell them chit these days.

A private gym that is 100% women only is fine by me. It is a slippery slope though, and it makes most sense for that to be illegal.

Lots of women don't work out in gyms because they are self conscious, mostly the fatties.

Now when I think about it, it's a win-win-win because the fatties are removed from sight, regular gyms still have regular cardio bunnies, and more fatties are working out which results in less total fatties in the long run.
I don't see anything wrong with this either but once upon a time the Supreme Court betrayed the Constitution (how surprising) and decided that it is illegal for a private business to be in charge of their own destiny and deny service on the basis of a protected class.

when I was younger and still had glow, I literally changed gyms and canceled my membership for that one weird guy that would not leave me alone. Even happened with the owner or maybe it was the manager at an la fitness. Now I’m old and only 80 year olds hit on me :/

In an ideal world, sure, they should feel comfortable in their gym. But this isn't reality.

Another reality is that the majority of girls lack the self-confidence of telling creepers to fuk off loud enough for everyone to hear. The girls I know wouldn't have an issue doing that and do it regularly because I hear about it. Yet I'm the one with the stalker. We talk about this all the time JFL. Telling people to fuk off works so far for us. Yeah it's annoying, but you can create your own gym then like they're doing here. I have no problem with it.
