No femal will want to suck your dik surrounded by cardboard furniture and fly traps.

Find a way to improve your finances and buy a house. Sloots love guys with their own house... it shows you're a reliable and dependable person. The perfect beta to shack up with for 6mo before
cheating on you.

My family is toxic as hell. but i can't afford to move out yet. Do it when you're ready and have a good job. But when you do, i'm sure it's a huge improvement.

My family is great and supportive, don’t even care if I bring girls over to bang.

My finances are pretty good, make 75k+ /year.

Could probably afford a down payment but would be house poor.

Honestly if my parents weren't so annoying and the house was bigger I wouldn't have left so soon.

I don’t know.

Did your confidence improve?
Did your relationships improve?
Did you feel more self reliant?

I think you should stay and acquire currency for a few good years. If you want to feel more independent, start paying them rent.

In that case, do what I did. Go buy 20-40 acres close to the city and offer self-care boarding for horses. I charge $250 a horse and each one gets an entire acre. I don't do **** except swing by every few weeks to check on the fencing and seed the property. It's the owners responsibility to check on them daily and make sure they're eating enough, aren't sick, etc.

Women will crawl all over you if they know you board horses and by the time it pays itself off, the property will probably be worth quite a bit more than what you bought it for.

Seriously, stay at your parents and save money if your relationship with them is good. You really don't want the kind of femal who wouldn't want to be around your parents anyway.

It's your life brah. Do you hate your hometown and want to move somewhere new? That could be an improvement you seek.
Could always buy the condo and rent it to people while you live at home. At least then when you find a reason to move, you'll have something ready within a year.

Not really. I just hate not having freedom and feeling stifled.

I noticed when I travel by myself , or when my family is gone I’m a much more confident and action oriented person. But when I’m at home and family is around I feel significantly more passive and just “along for the ride”

I'm about to move out again and it made me mature quite a bit. Instinctively I thought it didn't do chit for me but as I look back I see that most of my progress in my studies came after I moved out. I don't know if it gave me new motivation or what it did but I used to slack off in high school and post high school I took some chemistry classes and failed those horribly. However when I moved out I really decided to get my chit together. I'm soon starting my third semester in a top college.
Excuse my crappy english it's not my first language lol.

You'll get better sloots more sloots and better career options and life options when you move out. If you stay with parents, you will have less life affirming experiences, but you will have enough money to whinge about red pill black pill **** as to why you don't have a girlfriend and how tour upset at chad getting all the woman.

not even close. I’m just staying with my father till he gets fed up and throws me out. I made 100k this year due to pure luck gambling in crypto. will probably never happen again. I have bachelors in accounting and 4.0 gpa but no one wants to pay me over $12/hr to do payroll, taxes, and financial statements from beginning to end. my minimum wage job just reduced my hours per week from 60 to 14 a few days ago.

no hope

Definitely, more freedom and the ability to direct my own life. I've made mistakes and learned from them, but I was always free to make those mistakes. The main benefits were freedom, agency, and privacy. You can rent a decent place and still save, you can also mortgage a property in bad condition.

The idea of needing a home loan was something marketed to WWII veterans. The marketing campaign was to pay a lower monthly payment and eventually own the property, but the flipside is that you are locked into a very large amount of debt with sometimes extreme interest in case of longer term loans. One option isn't necessarily better than the other.

If you can pay rent, you can get financing for a home loan one way or another. Some loans don't even require deposits. You can also rent til you die. The monthly payment all depends on the value of the property, and each option gives you different legal rights.

However, I wouldn't look down on someone if they lived with their parents for a long time. In some cultures this is normal.

Seriously this is what people mean by white privilege even though in reality it’s class privilege.

I got kicked out when I was 18, figured out it takes money to have a life and started my own tradie business. I thank my parents for doing that for me because it taught me to be self reliable.

I don’t plan on doing this with my two sons though, they can live at home as long as they want on the condition they are being productive.

Late 20s? Move out srs.

Independence, no ‘rules’, smash and chill with birds, peace and quiet, etc etc.

Needless to say, if you start dating a female and you still live at home(in your late 20s+)… you can forget it lol.

It was great moving out, getting my own condo. I loved it.

Soon afterwards I did become really sick though so in some respects it wasn't the great liberating experience for me.

In the same situation. My plan was stay here for a bir longer and save to buy, but I'm losing patience and may just rent. Plus houses are very overvalued at the minute.

Honestly man just pull the trigger now and buy a place. In 5 years time where you going to be? Same position anyway, might as well save rent money and rent out a room too. Property prices go in ebs and flows, you cant always predict them. Just do it now brah.
