After missing their opportunity for cheap coins last bear market, intitutional investors have us by the balls now. They will squeeze this as low as it can go for many months because they finally realize Bitcoin and DeFi can't be stopped.

But of course they didn't want to buy in at ATH prices. So they're using all the tools in their tool shed. Lot's of sell pressure.. and yes, even Elon. All the billionaires scratch each others' backs.

If it drops to 9k then what is the point of even buying it at that point? That would mean that people have lost conviction in it's long term purpose, and institutions would have to pull out of it. 9k isn't going to happen again imo. I never say never but that's maybe a 1 in 1000 chance.

Today was market manipulation, that's not normal movement.

How are you all finding these .20 cent coins and have them in the dollars?

The only coin I have that I caught in time was DOGE but that is a meme and I cashed out alot when it hit .60. The rest when it hopefully hits $1 but even then that is not retirement money.

will BTC ever get flipped? why is it even priced and relied on so heavily? It's age old tech. I'm assuming the quantity and it being the 'first' makes it so valuable?

I think once the crypto market stops looking at BTC as the god of gods, it'd be in a much better spot.

Crypto is never not going to be cared about anymore. 2018-2019 will never happen again, the playing field has changed and institutions have settled in. It's a legitimate asset class and every idiot is out there thinking they're going to just DCA during the "bear market" that will never come. There will be usual cycles but you won't be getting low prices anymore outside of some global great depression.

Anyone use liquidity protocol? according to that tweet justin sun 1 billion dollar position was almost liquidated in that 2 minute window. i dunno how the exact mechanics of that website work - but he made it out ok it seems.

I'm thinking about putting a guide together to explain how I do it.

But basically I look on CMC for coins in the #60-130 range. This is the sweet spot IMO, coins here who run hot during a bull run can jump all the way into the top 20.. which usually means a 10-25X.

Find projects that ideally already have a working network. Look for the ones that have some extremely good news on the horizon (or just happened).

For Matic.. they rebranded to Polygon and shifted their focus a bit to be a fascilitator of DeFi. Looking into it more I noticed they had some Ethereum devs advising them too. Polygon were able to lower fees and speed up transactions for DAPPs running on ether... which was arguably the biggest thing holding DeFi back. Those DAPP projects didn't want to have to wait on Ethereum to get their layer 1 **** together so when I saw a bunch of them onboarding to Polygon/Matic (in a seemless fashion), I knew more and more projects would jump on board too. Then the good news just kept popping up in the form of rumors (Coinbase listing, Sushiswap running on Polygon, Twitter NFTs running on it as well, etc).

Of course I validated this the whole way by checking the Matic network for volume increases as well as the # of hodlers.

In the early stages of the bull run I tend to hold a good spread of coins but by the mid-end of it, I try to find 1-3 coins to double down on. Like I said, just need to hit on one coin that takes a giant leap forward. If it has amazing fundamentals and an increasing demand for its use, it's a sure bet to do well. Buy more of it and don't even look at the chart for a couple months.

You can ride the memes but it's hard to find the early ones that will actually get traction and explode

By the time normies here about a coin, it's already long pumped. You need to be in certain groups and forums and get lucky on someone shilling it early. Tbh even this forum helped me make my first million in 2017 when mcity and cryptolambo were shilling BNB and WTC.

Just 14 months ago it was at 5k. We'll see how unlikely it is. It's definitely way more likely than 1 in a 1000 unless you're somehow assuming BTC cannot fail. The chance for BTC to fall back down to 1 dollar may be 1 in a 1000, the chance of it falling back down to almost double the price it was at 14 months ago is significantly higher.

Also, if a 10-20% day loss = market manipulation then what is 500% increase in 3 months time? Normal market movement?

Fuark I remember when BNB first got shilled here it was at something like $0,20. Never hopped onto the Waltonchain train but made plenty from BNB.

Same. I'm still figuring out what I'm going to do. My biggest alt bag is RNDR which I'm still up 1100% on. Alts looking juicy tho.

I'm thinking a small dip back in and then reassess in the coming weeks.

I just picked up a small bag of four different choices (LINK, ZEC, ZRX, LRC). Limit sell orders immediately put in place for 15% gains.

Do you guys really think the major players wont come for the long term holders? They know you are harder to scare. The people who got in at 15K should still be here.

It seems to me, the move from 65K to 30K was to shake out the FOMOers who got in after it ran from 35K

The true test of will comes below 30K lol.

Not really. It already dropped below 30k. Personally I see 0 point in selling if it went to say 20k, quite the opposite in fact.

You have to factor in the fact that tons of leverage was being used this run and it was all just cleared out.
