I'm back to training after a 2 week layoff.

Sunday was chest, delts and arms.
2-3 exercises for each..light weight and by light wimpy.

I trained back yesterday,
Rack Pulls..went to 185 pounds..these felt GREAT!
Seated Cable Rows
Inclined DB rows..I pull the DBs back towards my hips.
Stiff arm rope pull downs..these have been bothering my shoulder even with 20lbs.
I got up to 40lbs. without any pain.

Today my back is sore

Two weeks ago the Governor was going to shut things down again.
Decided not to shut things down.
Reservations are no longer required for training times.

In, was feeling good with my previous cut a while ago but gained quite a bit back after coming off my motorcycle and then covid.

Back to the gym over the past few weeks now it's open, started adding in swimming this week and i'm feeling more motivated than ever.

Lets get it boyos
I only know my own ideas of other peoples ideas.

My cut/transformation thread, any pointers welcome! : https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showthread.php?t=176088631

Lmao had me with the orgys up until I read the teens part 🥴.

I don’t think I have much fat left. Any thoughts on my BF%? My ass cheeks are striated I took a photo of it but I’ll spare y’all lmao. I think I have 4-5lbs left of fat to lose maybe. Better than I thought the other day. Who knows I could be way off and I have 10lbs left.

At the beach today these cute chicks in a car stopped and pulled over to tell me “you are the hottest guy we’ve ever seen”. Lmao my buddy I was with was like “does this happen to you often dude?” He’s now following my diet and workout routine lol

This is a new addition to my back routine.

I lie face down on the bench and row the DBs back towards my hips pulling with my back not my arms.
I let the DBs come all the way forward and hang before I row them back up again.
Just another way to hit the lats and mid back.

The best way I found to eliminate pulling with the arms for back exercises is to not death grip the handles, DBs or BB. I you death grip it your pulling focus becomes the forearms and not the back.
I use Versa Grips so I don't have to completely encircle the bar or handles with my fingers. This allows the forearms/arms not to be the focus of the pulling.

I use a variety of exercises for each body part to hit them from different angles.

My diet is ****ed since I have a crazy kidney disease lol so I can only eat a certain amount of protein and certain foods (otherwise i spill protein in my urine and it increases the scarring in my kidneys) but presently I do:

Intermittent fasting 20-4 schedule. I typically break my fast between 6-8PM either right before or right after my workout (depending on how I feel, energy levels, blood sugars, flatness, etc.)

Meal 1 (7:30PM): oats & protein 150g carbs, 70g pro, 15g fats

Meal 2 (9PM): grilled chicken and veggies 15g carbs, 45g pro, 5g fats

Meal 3 (11PM): Peanuts 60g fats, 30g carbs, 30g pro

Meal 4: either more veggies and/or a low carb light protein bar like a quest bar.

Totals: ~2000 calories (145g pro, 195g carbs, 90g fats)

**back into fasting**

During fasting hours I will walk 5-7 miles for cardio (on top of my 1.5 hour gym workout session)

Gym routine is fairly simple I try to hit every body part twice a day and focus on volume. Lots of sets and reps.

207lbs here and arms are 19.25” with a pump. 12 weeks out as of yesterday if my body cooperates with attempting to do a show. Quads are at 27” which is good for me ... hoping I can get them to 27.5” while finishing the shred. Otherwise just need to add a bit of thickness into my back. It is plenty wide but could use some depth.

The fact you can look they way you do with all of your underlying health conditions AND actually healing your scarred kidneys is absolutely amazing and very inspirational

Feelz. Had our baby shower Saturday and I binged on sandwiches, chips/dip and bud lights, lol. Only up a couple pounds of bloat this AM. Should be good to hit goal weight (or close enough) in 2 weeks as planned and get back to eating.

I really appreciate the kind words man, I just refuse to not live this life how I want to ... obstacles just make the journey more ‘fun’. (Especially when they’re supposed to kill us lmao)

Back is getting joocy. I think I am getting closer to 7%. Road to 5%

What do you guys do when you're injured while cutting? My knee has been weird for the last week and I'm not sure how much quad training I'll be able to do. Can still train hams though.

I have a torn labrum in my shoulder and I just have been working around it ... had to remove a few lifts for now that aggravated it but I seem to have a good system in place that keeps me working out while I heal. The gym is my therapy I can’t do without it.

My arms are up to 19.75” with a pump. Just need a tiny bit more meat on legs and back/chest ... that + getting to 5% BF and it’ll be joocy o clock.
