I personally expect much tighter regulations for retail investors coming over the next few years everywhere. Especially seeing as a bunch of central banks are beginning their CBDC plans/rollout. IMO they will want to make crypto the playground of institutions only as much as possible.

It's why I'm bullish on Privacy crypto projects like XMR, XHV, ARRR, SCRT, DERO, FIRO, PHALA, etc. Financial privacy is honestly probably the no. 1 utility that crypto has right now, but it isn't recognized... Yet. It's mainly just a speculative market... Like Tezos brah says, currently it's just a giant ponzi scheme.

I strongly suspect that's why in the US and UK every crypto to crypto trades made at a gain are taxable.

It's possible for broke mofos (ask me how I know) to make life changing money flipping profits without being taxed, but if you get taxed on every trade at a gain you are dragging a ball and chain that increases with size.

Best route for plebs trying to get rich is to cash out some (though you have to be smart about how), and move to a crypto friendly nation that doesn't even require you to declare your trades nor fill out a tax self-assessment form.

The only thing that drives bitcoin is momentum and tell tale signs everywhere that momentum is turning the other way.

Don't be a baggie. The hedgies that were pumping up bitcoin will gladly dump it on you now. Their sole purpose is to make money. JFL if you don't think they'll change the narrative on a whim and use those leveraged derivates to drive the price down and make a hefty profit for themselves.

for those of us plebs who weren't fortunate to buy spot at 30k we are stuck in a chop zone.

I really don't see btc hitting below 20k again unless the stonk market goes wonky as well. Volatility is picking up with 10-15%+ moves becoming the norm - dont trade this on futures exchanges and the only thing you have control over is your risk management. Market is gonna move whichever way it wants - trade safe brahs. How many people bought the dip at 42 and didn't get out in time? u have to think about worst possible scenarios as well.

Xrp, this is what we think so far. Selling target is $3~$3.50 in this cycle.

I heard we missed the boat on cardano in terms of moon potential but it's a good coin long term
