Yeah the only way that I can fall asleep is to be drunk AF. Otherwise my brain races and panics as soon as I start drifting off.

So weird because being asleep and dreaming is the most peaceful and tranquil experience ever. Being alive is fuked up, man.

Had it on and off since I was a kid.

Generally it's very mild, and I've learned to just occupy my thoughts planning out things, making music, or thinking about something I read/listened to as I'm dropping off.

I just stay up until I can't then go to sleep immediately after laying down. Sleep deeply for as long as I want then wake up, check my emails, check my crops, and start my day.

Get a lot better sleep than I used to, mostly because my work involves getting assignments then meeting deadlines without a fixed schedule.
