I’m doing something wrong if you are paying $500’a month for groceries and buying that much food. I feel like I spend at least $600 on myself for groceries a month. Maybe I should pay you to teach me how to grocery shop.

So you have 167 G protein from whey per day?

3lbs of whey isolate is 47 servings of 25g of protein each. That 1175 g of protein from whey divided by 7 = 167.8 g

yeah mostly just glucose management, heart and lipid supps, liver and kidney, tumeric, actually chilled out on the enzymes for awhile to see how my body does with its own enzymes.

depends on where you live and shop, like NY or Cali I would be spending probably 800 for the same food at least. In Texas at the states most popular grocery store its REALLY cheap.

fuk that's time consuming, brah. What do you figure.. about 30hrs/week total spent on becoming a wwf figurine? Between grocery trips, meal prep, driving to/from the gym, cardio, weights.. adds up pretty quick.

So you’re getting 400g protein daily just from chicken breast and whey, not even counting the rest of the meat? Good luck on your cancer goals of 2035 OP

at least, I wake up at 730 everyday and dont go to work until 230 and that whole time is spent doing bodybuilding stuff, either cooking, cardio, eating, lifting, prepping food for work etc... It's like working 2 full time jobs.

Wouldnt recommend it to anyone but im too far down the rabbit hole now to stop.

cot dam. I only eat 3-4 times a day (Intermittent fasting) and much smaller portions. Breakfast is like 3 eggs, 8 egg whites, spinach, bagel, oatmeal and PB (biggest meal of my day). Those numbers are mind boggling but I guess that's IFBB life, son

not mirin' tbh
no steak? all basically chicken?
still taking whey?
you eat egg whites but not yolkes, the most nutrient dense part?

here is my daily diet on carnivore diet bro
breakfast: 1/2 lb of bacon + ground beef and 2 eggs
dinner: 1 10 oz rib eye steak cooked in bacon lard and grass fed butter, another 1/2 lb bacon on the side plus half a wheel of brie
snacks: cheese, cured meats is basically my only unhealthy cheat

op is going hard on protein when he should be 70% fat, just my opinion after researching going full retard on meat like I do

no im really not, 200g protein is only 800 calories if the female is eating 40g fat, and 150g carbs thats only just below 1800 calories which is pretty low

for people who want to optimize muscle gain while staying lean protein should be the higher macro, carbs can be around the same or a little higher, so some bikini competitors I know who eat 2200 calories are like 200g prot 40f 250c

As I stated protein has a thermogenic effect when being metabolized which makes it actually less calories, so that 800 calories of protein is more like 700 calories but its also all being used to convert to amino acids which rebuild the muscle. If your goal is an ideal body composition of lean body mass and just using enough carbs for energy, you want high protein.

If I eat 600+g a day why is it so hard to believe females will eat 1/3 of thaT?

40 grams of fat is too low even more so as a female cutting. I’ve done bikini and figure off and on for over a decade. Never have I heard of a female with a decent chance of winning /experience eating 200 grams of protein because they felt it was needed. I mean at 130 lbs, 100 g of protein is plenty. Will 200 hurt you at 130lbs?, no but 40 grams of fat will because it’s too low

OP eating tiger quantities of protein when 99% of females find a 170 lb twink far more attractive

its really not, I know plenty of bodybuilding males who eat that low of fat year round. People are way too fat obsessed and it is by far the worst macronutrient to focus on for physique athletes. You need the bare minimum for hormone function and anything beyond that is a waste of carbs or protein you could be having. If the body needs more fat it can pull from fat stores in the body, thats why having a good coach or a brain and watching your bodyfat will tell you a lot. If you are 8% bf and eating 40g fat as a female okay then you may run into issues but even then I know plenty who 40g is more than good enought o keep their hormone function normal, their cognitive abilities normal, and their workouts great.

yeah because most people can't adhere to low carb/low fat diets so they give them lower protein and more carbs/fat because they can equal out the same calories and make people "happier". Most people arent happy eating most of their calories from chicken breast, fish, and lean ground beef/turkey. They will quit if they dont get bread, pasta, fruit in quantities larger than a cup, peanut butter, cheese, etc...

Put it this way, if you allow someone to eat 2500 calories and person A is eating 300g protein, 150g carbs and 60g fat, and person b is eating 150g protein 250g cvarbs and 100g fat, who's body do you think is going to look better?

If you think they will look the same, thats just not how the body works. Yes both people may have the same weight loss #'s but one will retain/gain more muscle, and the other will be more flat and lose more muscle.
