"Muh training hours."
From your google link though, I can see you're Danish. And a European Union fanboy. Funny that you think that training means anything. When Germans were occupying your country during WW2, did their training prevent Danish civilians from being abused? Obviously not.
I got married in your country a few years ago, was nice then.
But its sad to see what a totalitarian chithole your country is turning into now. Your politicians are hell-bent on destruction, having passed laws violating human rights under the guise of Covid protection, going way beyond the legislative boundaries of the other Scandinavian countries.
Enjoy your vaccine (and microchip when it becomes available.)

I've only been pulled over 3 times in my life. As soon as they put the lights on, I'm pulling over. I'm not gonna look for a "safe place" and then get accused of trying to evade the police.

I can see how the cop thought he was trying to stop a threat though. He tried to stop her, she kept speeding up and then slowing down continuously for quite a bit of time, sped enough to catch a car in front of her, so she wasn't going slow. That's behavior a cop should think she isn't going to stop, so maybe I should stop her before this gets crazy and someone gets hurt. Criminals learned where the emergency flashers are in a car before they got taught how to hot wire the car.
She was probably scared and didn't realize how she was driving after catching the lights, she's just dumb, or was trying to hide her drugs and alcohol.

For reference, Danish laws since 2020 allow that Danish citizens can be thrown into prison (or concentration camps) if they don't want to comply with all future government mandates, including forced vacciations.

I literally trained on the PIT last month, on multiple cars, had to past a real performance test to get the targeted car to land in a specific spot which was safe, etc. Stuff like the video in OP would never happen here. This training is very expensive, the whole department goes to it. Not everyone passes, those people aren't qualified to use to PIT until they pass the next test, if they do.
Our academy is 6 months, field training is 6 months, +12 months of probation, so a two year path from day 1 of the academy to you being a fully solo officer not constantly watched and managed by supervisors. Not including the 4-6 month background check.
Arkansas' academy is 12 months, and you don't even have to pass it to work on the streets at first... like a trial run... because so many departments are underfunded and staffed and just need cheap bodies on the street. So yeah, well funded cops do a better job. More money = more training and better applicants = doing a better job. Weird how that works right?
California politics are a different issue. We can catch criminals but it won't do much if the state just releases them right away. That's go nothing to do with law enforcement officers though.

Also, fewer than 1 in 5 men in Germany from 1933 to 1945 were actual members of the Nazi party, concentrated higher among business leaders and the upper middle classes, of which fewer were represented in the Wehrmacht due to economic and social mobility. And here you are, explaining away the abuse that happened to your people by saying that it ws Nazi soldiers that were the problem. No, they were regular German soldiers trained well (a trait that you seem worship), and specifically trained to not abuse or violate Dutch citizens. And the abuse happened anyway. Yes, a department having $10/hour more for its officers will have better training, and put out a better quality of officer. It's not rocket science. We had an active shooter a few months ago, first two officers got there within a 2 minutes and shot the shooter. Try again.

Keep comparing US cops to nazi soldiers, though. You know your argument has zero merit when you start talking about WW2 in a thread about the PIT maneuver.

Why don’t cops just automatically call in an air strike anytime someone doesn’t immediately obey their commands? Maybe go slit the throats of the nearest family member to really show them a thing or two about authority.
I believe cops should be armored head to toe and carry flame throwers and full auto machine guns with armor piercing rounds. You know, in case other pregnant women don’t want to obey their omniscient and objective dispersion of justice.

Threads like this make me realize how inundated Misc is with low IQ, bootlicking idiots that lack even the smallest modicum of critical thinking skills.
1) it was very obviously an unmarked car... hence why she came flying up beside it, probably not realizing so.
2) it's general knowledge that low life scum can easily impersonate an unmarked cop car with $200 of tech and it's happened tons of times to rape, kidnap, and murder women. So adjustments to the law were put in place.
3) As OP illustrated, this state and jurisdiction, along with hundreds of others, have specific allowances to travel to a safe, public, and well lit place when being pulled over, based on #2 above. This is such an instance. She followed the law and acted within the law. BIG surprise, the idiots enforcing the law don't actually know it. Shocking, right?
4) The ill trained and low IQ cop is the one that actually violated the law here, not the driver.
5) so many brahs in threads like these saying "I usually side with cops but in this case...."
How many instances do you need to see before you realize the US policing system is garbage? And this is coming from a conservative that has a tough on crime mentality lol.
TLDR: Another low IQ and impulsive cop violates the law and Departmental protocol and the tax payers pick up the bill. This woman just hit the jackpot and tax payers will foot the bill.
End qualified immunity immediately. It's the only solution to these types of recurring situations.
