What is with people on this site blowing that chinese guy with the towel.

Either way, best physique is jacked-athletic. Hate to break it to anyone who thinks 160lb is solid. That may be ok if you are 5'6''. But basically if you're built but aren't 190+, preferably past 200 you are short.

Nothing wrong with being a dwarf star, but that's just simple math.

Yeah, I'd say if you are 5'9" or taller, you need to be at least 200 lbs to be "well built".

Excuse you I’m 175 lbs.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I work in professional services and lift to be healthy not be some jacked gorilla sweating everywhere carrying a gallon jug of water to meetings lmao

Having an athletic and lean physique is ideal in a business environment. Having that excess bloatlord status or even nonnatty 200+ lbs lean look looks retarded and usually gets laughed at.

Vast majority of the population will not be able to hit a lean 200lbs natty @ 5'9 without tech.

Misc standards lol.

Cope.

You can definitely be fairly jacked and look great in professional settings. It's called knowing how to dress like an adult. Lol at thinking being 210 lbs lean if you're 5'10+ would look strange.

Nope, this is pretty much an objective fact. Nothing to do with my standards, i'm not 5'9 and i'm above 200lbs.

Most individuals at 5'9, do not have the hormonal structure to be alean200lbs. I think you have no idea what a lean 200lbs looks like.

Frank Zane for example is 5'9, and hisoff seasonweight was 200lbs, and you think that 'everyone over 5'9 should beat least200lbs to look built'. Like i said, for natties this is a pretty ridiculous standard, at that height, unless we have very, very different definitions of what lean is.

'agreeing to disagree' won't change the facts.

My bar isn't set low, this is a biological fact - some people will be able to meet your standard, but genetically it's going to be a tiny percentage of the population (less than 5%) without tech.

Like i said, i'm not 5'9, i'm significantly taller, and i weigh over 200lbs. It's funny you're trying to make this about 'me', rather than actually structure a factual, coherent argument. You're the one saying thateveryone should beat leastthe weight of a former Mr Olympia at 5'9, whilst natty and lean. Just let how stupid that is sink in, for one second... your posts just come off as incredibly insecure.

If you're talking not natty, it's a totally different debate sure. Given your sig, if those lifts are genuine it's a fair estimate you're not natural.

But yes, it appears you're not interested in actually supporting what you have to say with facts, so i'm fine to just 'agree to disagree'.

There are lots of ways you can estimate this, and here's one such calculator:http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html

It's putting my natty potential well above 200 lbs, but maybe I just don't have a poverty frame. If you've got the skeletal structure of a stick man, I guess you might have a bad time.

I'm trying to make this about facts and what the current body of literature on the subject predicts.

Bro, maybe you're having a slow morning, but you've supported nothing you've said with facts. All you've done is said "it's just a fact" lol. You've given no links to studies or articles.

I stopped giving a fuk about lifting the day I made over $200k a year and realized most women give 0 ****s what you look like unless you’re a fat slob (srs). By the time they see your abs you’re already in the pussy anyways.

They like height and face and income way more than body.
