If you're jacked with small calves, that's the main thing people notice.

Calves are genetic.

I don't do much for them and they get big quick and stay big.

However, my ass and legs get weak and lose gains so quick it's insane.

Check out at 0:44 second mark.

I use a 30lb kettle bell on a half wall at the gym. 3 sets of 25-30 reps 5 days a week. Your wrist and brachioradialis will get bigger.

Wrists?

You can't change the size of your wrists, that's why I never wanted to get big past a certain point.

Getting really big only looks good if you have large bone structure.

It just looks stupid to me to have a huge bicep/tricep but then narrows down to skinny forearms/wrists because you don't have the bone structure for it.

If you're asking about forearms, you can build forearms.

Calves actually respond better to "low and slow" (same with traps, and glutes).

Try like 40% of the weight you'd normally use (or less) and one second between three phases of the rep (or even longer).

Not sure if this is common but at my gym almost every dude has small balls. Like you can barely see them. I would say out of the hundreds of dudes I've seen in the shower, maybe 5 dudes have decent sized balls. Is this normal? Maybe I should check out the showers at other gyms in my area.

I wouldn't say calves or forearms because those are really strongly genetic. Just look at the pro bodybuilders who still have DYEL calves and forearms, despite the actual muscles being huge.

Back is normally undertrained, but it's not the worst. Definitely something involving the legs, but it's hard to say quads or hams are undertrained because most of the time they're covered by shorts and you can't really tell. That leaves the glutes. You can see them no matter what someone is wearing basically, and normally it's just pancakes on otherwise jacked dudes. Like their shirt just hangs down their back without even getting raised over their glutes. pathetic.

Just lol. Your forearm muscles connect to the wrist, so you have wrist muscles.

Traps and calves respond to heavy weight and slow reps. Loading up a barbell and doing full, controlled shrugs will build your upper traps better then anything else. Calves should be beat to an absolute pulp to make them grow. They're both retard strong parts of your body and loading them with light weight won't do the same damage as it would arms or shoulders.

It's interesting that for all the replies I assume are serious the solution is heavy deads. I can look at a lifter and tell if they deadlift or not, something about deads just fills out a physique like no other combination of isolation moves can.

Have you ever seen the calves of a fat person that lost a bunch of weight? They're legit. I think carrying a bunch of extra weight day in and day out for years is what causes it but that's just a theory.

That's why I'm saying high weight, high reps, hard as possible and from different angles. Calves get worked all day long every day and the only way to shock the muscle into growth is to beat the piss out of it. IME

Small wrist crew. I completely agree with you.

More so my forearm muscle starts further down my arm. It makes my wrist look even smaller.
