Mirin all these home gyms. I have a couple barbells, some plates, squat stands, DB's and a treadmill. It gets the job done when I workout at home.

I've added a Safety Squat Bar, sandbags and I got one of them layered foam plyo boxes as well. I plan on adding a lot more things in a couple of months or so

home gym crew. makes way more sense than paying for a gym membership forever. plus while everyone was locked out of the gym i was hitting it hard

i also bought this last year. took 4 months to get shipped to me though.....

also bought a few other things, steep decline bench for sit ups (which is awesome when i use the cable crossover machine to add weight the movement), foam block for box jumps, century bob XL punching bag, hanging speed bad, neck harness and some forearm equipment too.

LMAO at using mirrors. What is this 1999?

Seriously though, it’s just a distraction.

And if you haven’t been squatting long enough to feel the proper form, use your training partners and/or video for feedback.

But watching yourself squat 500 pounds in the mirror in real time is probably not very helpful feedback, in part because of the angle. And it’s not like you can make corrections based on what you see in the mirror anyway.

Eventually will want a lat pull down machine and a cable machine.

Here's a tour of mine - I added cable attachments to do stuff like reverse flies, flies, tricep / lat pull downs etc, bought a couple more plates for the home made farmer's and a swiss bar since this video - I literally have everything I'll ever need. Best 2015 decision

thanks brother, i had wanted to build up a collection like this for a long time. when i had the space i just went for it.

the closet door has storage shelves and more workout equipment. lol

one thing in the closet i didnt post a picture of is a custom piece of equipment i built from some threaded pipe and fittings. its basically a constant torque bicep/tricep machine, gotta hit those arms hard!

i look at the reflection in my window when i squat. have two smaller mirrors that i use for form check too, i find it especially useful when doing dumbell millitary press

Always admire people who build their own training equipment, I mean you my old friend. Take care and thanks for sharing.
