IPOF 10Q filed AH shows 2x cash burn increase from Q4 2020 to Q1 2020. Usually a strong indicator of merger coming soon

I was hoping I could see a nice post merger PTRA bump and dump the profits into IPOF pre DA but its not looking likely with how much PTRA warrants are bleeding.

Polestar rumor didn't move the way CCIV did and their rumored valuation is bad.

Chammy decided Impossible foods waaaay better target

I'm still sitting heavy in BWAC and CRHC and I think both should have a DA coming soon.

I never did sell my PAYO stock so I'm sitting heavily in that too for the moment. I've been raking in some pretty significant premiums from $10 strike CCs. I've gotten my DCA down under $9 and I think I'm closing in on having it below $8 with the premium I've collected.

Lolz. I rolled my calls out but I’m still probably going to be hosed unless this deal gets done by the September expiration. These things are insanely cheap RN otherwise I’d really cry but the losses are negligible at the moment as long as my covered calls and CSP keep putting in work.

Looks like I’m being assigned my SOFI CSP at the $20 strike lmao which is fine I won’t be very underwater and I can easily sell $17.5 cc to get back to even.

Payo up 5% today tho which is exciting AF. I’ve only got 3 CCs out right now because their next earnings should be fuking fantastic. That and Wise which just listed in London has 3-4x valuation of payo with similar numbers/less moat so hopefully we get some big institutional buys coming soon.

Also CRHC warrants up 10% on rumors that they might get Argo AI. I’d be hyped I’ve got 3,000 warrants and 1,100 commons

Still hodling:
3,000 BWACw hoping we get something soon
2,000 PTICW
Lots of AVAN and ETAC

Lastly added a fukload of BCYPW at 0.85. Their polyclonal antibodies for covid and the flu are gonna be hype. Their product is in a mixed stage 2/3 clinical trial and with approval that shyt is going to moon so hard.

BWACw 90 cent avg
CRHC+ 1.30 avg
PTICW 83 cent avg
IPOF $2.50 avg
AVAN and ETAC $1 avg

I’ve repositioned. At least MAAC and SCPE was able to recover some like I thought it would. I sold out of my MAACW. You may want to consider selling those and going for warrants under a dollar

I’m out of ccac as well.

im in foxw and vhaq warrants, been accumulating over the last few months, volume and price popped on vhaq over the last two weeks, trading like a DA is about to drop, FOXWW and VHAQWS are the respective tickers.

also ATNF was a spac from last year I went in heavy on in the warrants at 20 cents, those may end up going to 40 bucks a pop if the commons run to 100, which they have a very good chance of with all the upcoming catalysts. ATNFW have a look.

Swapped half my PTRAW for PTRA today, the upsides just not there with warrants at 4.30 and stock in the low 13's and downsides big.

but the PTRA/CCIV bloodbath continues...

Volume was non existent post merger then this was filed friday AH sec .gov/Archives/edgar/data/1820630/000162828021013694/proterra-424b3.htm (remove spaces cant post links yet) basically lockup for the majority of the PIPE/founder shares ended (besides the additional shares founders receive at different price points iirc) and its been sell sell sell since, capitulation as well obviously.

I thought I still had another month but I should've looked at filings closer, know what you own I guess.

Warrants are safer than actual shares. Should have sold calls against your warrants instead.

Looking like I played this horribly but oh well maybe in a couple weeks it wont look so bad.

I've only ever sold CC on shares never on warrants, I don't see PTRAW warrant option chains anywhere on my brokerage either then again im with a small Canadian brokerage.

No sell PTRA $15 calls. Say you sell $15C for November for $1 each. Current PTRA warrants are $4. At worst you'd theoretically profit $50/contract(presuming shares zoom past $16, but warrants aren't still trading with a premium). Warrants are essentially 5 year LEAPs with a strike of $11.50. If you presume you are trading nothing but intrinsic value at $4 you profit on anything past $15.50. Usually warrants run with a premium until the underlying gets closer to $17-18 and warrants start lagging around the $5-6 area. NOTE: there is some implied risk as warrants and shares do trade separately and thus can trade somewhat irrationally. I think based on the math and various scenarios I've played out I don't think there are any other risks or considerations that I haven't thought through. Feel free to show me where I am wrong though.

EDIT2: Other risk I almost forgot to mention is if shares zoom to $22 or something tomorrow and warrants get called. Sometimes companies doing that actually manage to tank their stock in the process due to dilution creating a situation where warrants lose value where as your options can keep sitting there for a few more months. Realistically as long as you exercise/sell your warrants at the same time as the calls you sold you should be fine.
