finasteride

Curious about dutasteride but heard it's not needed if fin is shown to be significantly effective...

Can't say for certain but I think fish oil helps with my mood.

Please redpill me on KSM-66 ashwaganda. Reps

Umm I think you have the wrong vitamin since it is a fat soluble vitamin it can calcify in the blood if there is too much calcium in the blood stream and an increase i
amount in vitamin d. That's why most experts recommend taking vitamin k2 which helps regulate the movement of vitamin d so it doesn't have a chance to calcify.

No problem busting a nut. I last longer, but it hasn't affected me negatively.

It'd be interested to hear why everyone lists what they do in this thread for the unawares.

For me, I've started taking:
Vitamin D
NAC
KSM-66
Holy Basil

The KSM-66 and Holy Basil definitely work. I've had mild anxiety and general irritability for as long as I can remember. Not super crazy, just noticed I really need to consciously keep my anger in check some times and get overwhelmed fairly easily. Since taking those two, both my anxiety and irritability have come WAY down. I remember the other day a couple weekends ago, I was out to lunch with my wife. I actually said to her how perfectly relaxed and content I was at that moment. Nothing on my mind to worry about, have to do's, what if's, everything on my plate, etc. Just sitting there enjoying what I'm doing, having fun, and being relaxed. Love it.

I haven't been sick since Feb of 2018 - which was when I started taking 5,000iu of D every day (unless it is summer and I know I will be outside a significant amount, then I'll skip.

Other than that - I started taking Animal Flex about a month ago and I try to take it every day but some days I do forget. But my 43yo is feeling better in general and it does seem to help with recovery as well.

Cardio every morning. I've always been a light sleeper but now that I do my workouts in the morning, I sleep like a brick everynight. Working out stimulates your nervous system and releases adrenaline, so if you work out in the afternoon/evening, you're not doing yourself any favors. By the time my system winds down and it's evening time, I'm ready to snooze by 9pm

I have a strange reaction with it where if I take it, I hit deep sleep for usually between 90 and 180 minutes. Then I wake up and have to piss and then it takes me a little while to fall back asleep and i go into my normal sleep pattern of mostly light and REM with some deep mixed in the rest of the way. But I will also add - you really gotta watch the when you take it and when you go to bed. If I wait longer than an hour before going to bed, I struggle to fall asleep.

For me I don't get groggy like other supps to help you sleep but it takes a little longer to wake up. If I don't take anything, I am pretty much awake when I splash water on my face. If I take my ZMAs (and they work best if you take them consistently) it's usually halfway through my coffee (about five minutes after the face washing) before I feel really awake.

Nyquil is a no go for me, I hate how I feel after waking up on that chit.

ZMA doesn't help me sleep all that much. Melatonin combined with Valerian Root knocks me the fuk out though.

Also, Turmeric is the real deal. pretty much an anti-cancer pill/paste/drink if you dose it a lot. 6 grams a day here.

Need to add a garlic supp to my morning intake as well.

I take the burpless ones and cholestoff

cholestoff is legit if you have borderline cholesterol (high but not high enough for the doc to put you on statins but where you get the warning speech that statins could be in your future) I took it regularly for a few months with meals before having my blood checked and it was a big difference from the previous year. A lot of people in the reviews say the same.

Pomella is good for heart health and tart cherry is excellent for arterial health/blood pressure/anti-inflammatory.

All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. Vitamin B Supplements make me sick

Magnesium gives me lower gi issues like a lactose intolerant reaction

I eat a lot of dairy so calcium has never been an issue

But caffeine helps my adhd tremendously and depression. Vitamin a helped my eye site when I quit drinking which was huge and helped my skin. Glucosamine helps my dog which in turn makes me happy
