Then I guess the one I use must be okay too. A bit too expensive maybe.
I like taping it horizontally and tightly. Feels like it's too easy for it to fall off if I do it vertically. Thankfully I never had too much problem breathing out of my nose.

Will be checking out his book after I finish with my current one. It's interesting, I've read somewhere that he dislikes Wim Hof breathing because it causes CO2 intolerance? Curious to know what's that all about.

maybe when u run out of the kind u got look for the surgical tape, I found it pretty cheap on Amazon and one roll of it lasts me like 6 months, I originally tried it horizontally like that and learned vertical works better for me and not too tightly so there’s a little “give” for it to not pop off whenever you naturally open ur lips just a little

don’t remember him saying anything negative about wim hof in the book, maybe he did but I didn’t pay too much attention to that part of the book since not really interested in trying stuff that extreme personally, or maybe he said that other places I’m not aware of. anyhow I’m not really aware about that, also I got kinda confused about stuff he said about co2 in the book and keep meaning to go back and reread those parts. I was mostly interested in stuff I could do simply like the mouth taping, gum chewing and when awake making sure I’m nose breathing, also humming for increasing no2

Not sure if the tape I used is the correct one. I used Leukoplast/strong medical tape.
Post #26 is the brand he recommends in the book. I'm sure whatever you used is fine
Smooth Seas don't make Strong Sailors. Keep your head up.

MrWhiskey24 for jolly cooperation (PS)
