Need diet advice srs

I can't stop eating out srs. I was on a fairly strict diet for 4-5 years, since then I've been bingeeating Fast food for the better part of the last 2-3 years.

I used to eat only what was good for me, now I eat only whats bad for me because its easy and tastes way better. How can I get my diet back on track? Srs

I'm lazy about buying groceries and preparing food. These are two major obstacles to me eating well.

Need advice brahs srs. I eat terrible and it's expensive af. I spend around $30 a day on eating out currently

I used to be an ectomorph but developed a srs love of eating after dieting for years. Now I binge hard. Its hard to find a reason to eat healthy food and get in that habit again

You don't need to make 250 stage 5 course meals.

Ground beef + Cheese + sour cream + salsa + in a burrito done.

Steak > Oven (toaster oven) > rice into rice cooker > veggies in the microwave done.

You can make cooking for yourself as easy or hard as you want. Best part is when you are a few weeks into your cut even the simple bland chit above taste gourmet anyways.

That description sounds like addiction.
You need to cut it back to Fast food only 2 days per week and cook at home.
You can control variables like fat, sugar, sodium, and eat healthier and more food.

i would buy ingredients for you fav meals out and consult You Tube for videos on preparation.
good luck

Try basing your meals around your protein requirements. 3 or 4 meals a day with 30 - 40 grams of protein in each meal...no snacks.

^^ it's not optimal, but probably a significant improvement over what you're currently doing.

If you can do basic math you should be able to organize your meals into 600-800 calories and still be able to eat select fast foods, etc.

Yeah I definitely need a lot of protein because I'm trying to build lean muscle mass. No snacks is hard though. 4-5 meals of 400-500 cals would probably be ideal while getting good amt of protein each meal

Nah, I already have foster dogs. I don't need another mouth to feed.

They do have subscription boxes where they're like fresh cooked meals that you pop in the microwave. Can't get any easier than that lol.

Yeah I legit feel like a heroin addict when I'm eating while driving on the highway. But I also do that because i'm usually on a time crunch.

- "automate" some of your meals so that you don't have to think about what you are going to eat
- when you cook make enough for 2 meals
- find meals that satisfy your craving without wrecking your diet

Personally I can put a meal on repeat and leave it the same for awhile; like the same thing for first meal every day. I also keep easy stuff around [sandwich, salad, soup, etc.].

The accurate answer is the one you don't want OP...

Self Control. That's it. There is no diet program or methods that will suddenly make you compliant to eating better. No one is putting a gun to your head saying " Order that Big Mac and Large Fry!".... you are making the conscious decision to do that.

Meal prepping for 3-4 days at a time, meal prep delivery services and other stuff can help, but still, if you can't develop self control it won't matter. You'll just let all that food sit in the fridge and rot while you order out.

Sounds harsh, but it's the truth.

Let me explain.. I have old 'hospice' foster dogs who are on sensitive diets so I literally have to make their meals all separately and prep them every day/ every meal so I've ran out of meal prep bandwidth.

You should come up with a punishment for yourself every time you go through a fast food joint.. bet you'll knock that habit off real quick.

Yeah doing repeat meals is probably the most effective strategy, as long as you don't get sick of the meal. Regulating/automating my diet is a good idea.

I'll check out those links later, thanks

Don’t eat out so much. Stop being lazy and buy groceries. Eat healthy.

Yes it’s that simple.
