I mean, to each their own, but why would you want to make a "sex playlist" public ever if you had the option not to? It doesn't really have anything to do with the possibility of being murdered - it's moreso why do you want to broadcast that to the world in the first place? Read through the whole thread on my flight home havenโ€™t been on and never saw this thread.

Brian is definitely a miscer and a partial potato although smart to lawyer up and not say chit to cops. If heโ€™s truly smart heโ€™s somewhere in South America with a toupee as a true bald manlet miscer but maybe heโ€™s not that bright.

It bugged the hell out of me to learn that she was just as worried about getting social media attention from special things we did together (I didn't have it myself at the time) as she was enjoying them with me in the moment. Kinda took a fat chit on all the memories, though it kind of partially explains why things went to chit with our marriage the way they eventually did.

If he has two braincels to rub together he ditched his personal cell phone and has one or multiple burner phones, is carrying cash and has an offshore account in the Cayman Islands. Otherwise this whole LARP as a caveman thing will work if he just wants to live as a in the wilderness the rest of his days but if heโ€™s smart heโ€™s out of the country, has a toupee and maybe some shoe lifts (hehe Manletsโ€ฆ)

Ruled a homicide. I'm leaning towards he strangled her. Here's what I'm speculating may have gone down:

They were settled in the van for the night ready to catch some shut-eye. When suddenly she gets emotional and catches hysteria. He wants her to stop and she couldn't/wouldn't. Probably put his hand over her mouth, she brushed it off, he did it again, same response. She then gets more hysterical, screaming, kicking, ranting, all over the place, he then escalates placing his hands from her mouth to her throat (wrong move, a rear arm choke-hold with elbow loose enough to allow her to continue breathing though-out, while refraining her until she agrees to calm down would have worked better). He over-estimates how much force to apply to calm her down. Next thing you know he sees he used too much force and now she's not breathing. He says wake up, tries to slap her, she doesn't wake. He's now thinking oh chit.

Throw in poor conflict resolution skills, failed referee system/agreement, no prior mutually agreeable exit plan in the event the road trip didn't work out, and you have a recipe for failure in case of the worst case scenario evolves, of which it obviously did.

Tragedy.

I don't think this would make him a monster if indeed this is what happened. But, yes, he'd still be liable for excessive use of force and failure to not drive her to the hospital to revive her. And yes, he'd get caught, but my suspicion is his sentence could have been lower had he claimed his attempt was not to kill her, but to calm her hysteria, than had he left the scene altogether and not attempt revival at all. We already had proof from the Utah web cam how emotional she was before, meanwhile he seemed calm during that stop.

Movies are very unrealistic as we know
brb needle in the neck or heart ALWAYS makes me lol. Especially when the needle is like a foot long

I think it takes several minutes to kill someone. Shes tiny, and a girl so probably not as long. If you're strangled to death wouldnt you also have a collapsed throat?
