What age were you in the best shape of your life?
Is it now or was it a past age?
At 30, I’d say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in but I didn’t start doing anything remotely resembling exercise until age 20. Before that it was NBA Live, Madden, Doritos, and Bagel Bites.

Probably right now, at 30
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Aesthetically, about 28. But performance wise I'm probably still about at the peak at 32 years old, but it does wax and wane. I thank God I stayed natty because if I didn't I'd probably have like 10 years of roid side-effects by now and be a walking corpse.

Aesthetically, rn (I'm 27)
In terms of athletic ability...19-23. I fell off athletically due to drugs, alcohol, and a crippling eating disorder.
I don't feel as motivated to push my body like I used to.
