Actually yes, cold calling and appointment setting with local prospects is the way to go for your own business, which im doing but business is slow af right now. And it takes time to close a clients as well im coming to realize. --- The last job i had at a company was from home as well but i got let go because my skills were not up to par on what they wanted

either go out and get at least a part time job to have some money coming in, and try to do some freelance work when you're not working.

apply for entry level sales gigs through linkedIn...if you can cold call and set appointments with prospects, look into business development/sales development. there's a million tech companies that hire BDR/SDR roles, usually just require a college degree(almost never matters what kind), and if you didnt have a colllege degree it's not even a deal breaker
