Anything Snap-on. My tool boxes, doubles, triples, quadruples or more of the same tool (50+ ratchets, don't really know). Sushi. I eat a lot of it and it gets pricy but i chit it right back out as soon as I get home.

None of this makes sense. Like literally none of it.

Why need you to hold money.
Why need you to cash in ticket.
Why couldn't you look at his money.
How do you lose money if your money is stored with his paper and you have both.
Why are you agreeing to do any of this when the whole thing is dodgy as all F and there's no reward for you.

He needed me to cash in my ticket and put my money with his money, so he took the bag with the money and out my money with his, left and told me not to look at the cash.

Five minutes later I looked and there were paper towels the same diameter and width as dollar bills. I got ripped off.

Luckily, I had $1500 in my bank account, but their most southern branch was in Santa Barbara, so I hitch hiked there.

I'm way too quick to order stuff from Amazon if I want or need it. Nothing major expensive, but little things add up like kitchen gadgets, good coffee, etc.

Also entertainment subscriptions. Netflix, Crave, Disney+, Hayu, Stack, Amazon Prime. Could probably cut back on those.

I don't make knowingly stupid purchases, but things that come to mind are a $1000 deposit for a nose job I didn't go through with, many months of tinder platinum, and a $700 laptop meant for my DJ setup that isn't even compatible with the mixer I use.

i remember in my early twenties i had about 12K in my savings, i had the choice to put a deposit for house that was worth about 70k-80k at the time or buy a FRS. I bought an FRS. lol. fast forward to present time, same house is now worth 300-400k. If i went with the house it Could've been paid off and rented out while i live off it.

I was an idiot back then.

If anyone is considering detailing as a career, nope the fk outta there immediately. Your better off getting an ASE certification and getting a college education instead.
Bought myself a griots g9 buffer last Christmas. I love detailing my car and it's helped tremendously because doing a full wash/clay/polish/glaze/wax routine was cramping my hands bad.

But I wouldn't do it as a career and my purchase with pads and chit was only a few hundred. But at least you tried something. Not all business ventures take off but the trial and error is how you find something that clicks.

Lol this is me. Garage full of tools. Don't have a continuous use for them so it's more of a collection at this point.

And also cars. I've bought/sold too many cars. A few I only held on to for a few months or weeks even.

Hand tools are assets. Electric tools can be as well but how long can they last in the future?

First time I used it I was like hell yea no chalk needed anymore. End of second set my hands were bleeding. Unfortunately I just use straps now to help insulate my hands

- College (business mgt major)
- Blew away $500 once at a casino on blackjack. Dealer hit 21 on like 5 out of 10 hands played. Game was obviously rigged so I walked.
- Sports cards packs. Basically like buying lottery tickets. BRB spending $500 and getting $200 worth of cards in return.
- Newer video game systems. Most games today suck. Only games I really like are GTA and RDR.

I've legit never understood this. Is it OCDish? I've owned my current car 3 years and the only cleaning it gets is driving on the motorway in the rain.

Some people over clean, which isn't good. It's no different from a toilet where you have to clean it every couple of days or it becomes unhygienic.

But I guess some miscers are right. I did learn quite a few things. Although I have to say I never really took the buffer seriously because it was too damn laborious.
