man wtf..
I found a bunch of keys and decided to try ubers myself as a barb..
fought hard to get down lilith (2nd ubers boss). She had poison that put you down to zero in like 3 secs.

Anyways.. I open up the third portal and it overlaps the second one by the stash. I think phew.. at least I cleared the one it overlapped..

a few seconds later the portal disappears?? or I cant click it? wtf

I had to get help on normal bosses, but nightmare with skeleton mastery pretty strong I could solo

Alright bros came to post MF is complete bullsht. I’ve had 525/575 on W with my merc at 240 and have done over 1000 runs in hell and over 2000 in nm with the best drop at tops is an ammy on NM Andy. Rest charsi food.

I’ve been mfing two days on my hammerdin and at least less than 100 runs;

Nah bro d2. Yeah my hammerdin has like 120 MF and I’ve had absolutely insane drops, while my sorc is over 500 and it’s complete garbage and gold items is what I’m referring too.

Kill speed is definitely a big asset however I’m talking just drops in general. Only in D3 did MF work especially on highest difficulty at 1600+ MF did I see legendaries drop on every special pack, d2 is not the same, I only see more blues

use decrepify (instead of amp damage) & clay golem. boss becomes so slow that he can't do much against you, and the skeletons just beat the chit out of him. that's why summoners have all kinds of damage aura items from your necro + merc.

Good to see so many people playing but I do agree why is this still going on lmao

If I am doing a Baal run and game gets full or I type it in wrong it won’t let me join a game until I close everything out and put back in a que after telling me to check my connection.

what a first mf game and its not even done yet..

Ive been doing runs with the following on my blizz sorc : stones,trist,dark wood tree, countess, andy, summoner, duriel, trav,lower kurast,meph, chaos/diablo, pindle, nith and then baal

I started by getting highlords from summoner, then lem from trav, ondals from chaos and then Ohm randomly dropped from halls of pain on the way to Nith..
still gotta kill nith and baal too.

But I can actually make Cta now if I wanted to
not sure what I want to do with it but best thing ive found so far.

and baal dropped essence now too so I can make another token.

definitely, or there's some sort of server global drop rate versus something with a random change at a set percentage. numbers are all fuk'd.

But in all fairness, you usually have INSANE hauls.
I see some of the runs and results you guys get, and I’m convinced I am just straight cursed. My typical run will be countess, trav, meph, Pindel, nith, and if nothing at all will throw in Baal. Current Mf is at 295%. I need to socket my armor and helm, as well as my merc’s helm as I am finally playing with:

Full tail set (but need topaz in armor and helm)
Merc has 17med insight eth CV, eth bone weave treachery, and 9/28 Andy (need to ral the helm). He struggles in the trav with Andy helm now…

I feel like I haven’t found anything worth a damn in a while aside from tal Ammy recently. Just been grinding keysets and tokens for FG.

Well I have all the IK pieces... except for the most expensive lol. Missing the armor.


Pretty sure guy I traded the belt 4 tried closing it out twice to make me drop my trade... got it though.





I have a 5 os flail and 5 os crystal. These worth anything really?

Anyone else a magnet for certain unique items? I've found 5 shako and have yet to find a skullders or vipermagi. I don't think I've found 5 unique amulets totals yet. Also, I've found like 15 Duriels shell.

Summon necros are just fun to use not good in fighting or pvm it’s always been bone spear as OG

Also to comment about mfing, it’s getting closer to the time only thing worth picking up is hi runes ammys n sojs and then pvp is around the corner.

Not a bad idea to just make a bunch of hi lvl chars n build just pvp, then again it’ll get cheaper too as time goes on.

This whole failed to join game disconnect issue is beyond infuriating. Finally decided to try to level my barb, find a good run going, go to join next game and if it’s full or hasn’t been created yet, I can just go fukk myself for 10 minutes and hope to find something else. Spoiler alert, 90% of Publix’s are solo mf games or cleared 1+ hour existing games.

Anyways gonna use a respec to go horker and try that out as soon as he gets strong enough to run hell trav. Made an Oath in an eth balrog blade, and have my gold and mf gear ready for hork clean up:

Stop with the MF bs theories.

There is no MF sweet spot.
There is no such thing as too much MF.
MF is not allocated to work some days and not others.
MF doesn't work better at different times of the day.
More MF doesn't give you more blues.

A lot of you didn't play original D2 and it shows.

I was bored so joined some guys kill diablo game in normal. Figured I'd pay it forward and help him out. Got him through baal and he asked me about my barb. Said just looking for IK armor and I'll be happy, but I know it's the most expensive thing.

"I have it. I'll give it to you."

And he did. Then I rushed him through nm too lol.

Edit: gave me a gheed's grand charm too.
