Unfortunately not. I dunno about the big ball of fire bit but under the right conditions rupturing a gas tank under pressure could produce a burst of flame that can engulf the undercarriage of a vehicle pretty quickly.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

I understand why someone might want to save $20-40 on an uber when you're some $40k a year wage slave (still wrong but i can understand the thought process), but if you make millions, or even just hundreds of thousands, seriously how can you have the thought "meh, would rather drink and drive than give up a $20 bill"

Was reading the comments, and some guy was saying that it you are an active NFL player. The league actually pays for it, since it's transportation.

Drunk driving, killed 26 y/o woman, convicted of vehicular homicide... missed one season.

Won 4 cups, got head coaching job, GM job, TSN commentator. Poor family had to see this guy on tv for 30 years straight.

He was a good player but replaceable
He will not be back
If he was better he would be back for sure.

I do not drink but people make poor choices while drinking. You can look back and say a uber was $20 and I am sure if he was of a correct state he would have done that... but he was drunk

He will spend all his money defending the case and civil suits and will never play another game

Doors often will be damaged enough that they will not open
That is why people have tools to break windows
Plus you could be knocked out or injured enough that you can not move
Burning up in a fire is worst case stuff

Any chance this moron argues that judgement was overall imparied due to CTE or something? Like, he got hit in the head too many times which caused him to drink which caused him to be a dead**** that drove drunk?

In Canada a female texting plowed into a 4 year old. Gave the child severe and permanent brain damage (basically she's a living dead) and was out in 3 months. She was also able to claim insurance on the car wreck.

It's a true pandemic of law in the Western world with lenient sentencing and multiple felons allow to walk the streets until they commit a fatal crime.

A murderer who decapitated someone and ate human organs on a bus was deemed fine to be out on the streets after 18 years.

The list is endless.
