Well there was only 1 BF4 Rush full server active on PS lol sucks since I like it more than conquest, there were a few more servers of CQ. I thought somehow all my unlocks were gonna carryover but nope.. started at level 1 lol

didnt know trial of BF2042 with Ea play was also available for PS, might take the chance to see how bad it truly is.

Sorry to say it, but the game plays like absolute ****, I agree. I only bought it because a buddie of mine was nagging me, wanting to play together

The sniping is disastrous. I bump into bugs every.single.match. No scoreboard, almost zero game modes (for new bf). BF3 is cool, but only 2 maps, WTF. Also, bugged as fuk.

The graphics are BLAND. I can't believe it, but BF5 looks way better and more realistic than this game. There's just something way off about the graphics, colors, lightning.

The navigation system is a pain in the ass every single time for customization for the loadout classes (PS5). Most confusing and clunky system I have ever witnessed in my FPS career.

I have tried to adjust the controllers according to some high subbed youtuber, to get a more precise and more "older" aiming system, but still feels wrong. All of the controller settings are confusing and I changed certain things, which still do not apply when in game

This game might be good in about 12 months from now on. I regret that I bought it and tempted in going back to Warzone. That **** is at least polished and plays so god damn smoothly.

BF1 and BF5 are graphically superior by a mile compared to 2042, their animations are vastly superior, their sound is vastly superior, their environments and atmospheres are vastly superior, they're better games in every single way.

People like to chit on BF:V for whatever reason, it had it's issues in the beginning and yeah lol @ the cyborg woman running around in the trailer but the game actually got into a great place especially with the 2nd year Pacific expansion, I played the chit out of it and I still enjoy it.

2042 feels like they stepped in a time machine and went back 10 years in every single way and made EVERYTHING worse.

I didn't start playing BF5 until about a couple of months or three ago because I picked it up for free at PS Store, PS5

Legit good game. Amazing graphics, smooth gameplay, animations, sounds, everything just seemed to tick. My fav. map is Fjell, the winter mountain map. Never played anything like it.

Optimized amazingly, getting 100-160 FPS on all High 1440p

Then we move on to BF2042 and.. LOL


Still think BF4 has the best sound design, fighting in the streets sounds amazing

Yep, I tried BFV after it was for free on psn ... amazing game, enjoyed it as much as I did bf1 and bf4 ... All I remembered was reading about how chit it was on the misc and as usual, the game was pretty amazing and the sound design was insane. Had a ton of fun playing it for a couple months.

huh? I still play BF4, but I also play BF5 when I want a WWII setting, I mix it up...

BF4 came out 8 years ago, how is me not playing it all the time being disloyal? lol I played it every day when it came out, and for years after... and I still play it from time to time.

I've ever only played BF1; truly incredible how good that game looks yet performs so well even on low-end hardware(srs I get 140fps+ @ 4K ultra)


I heard BF5 was bad so I didn't bother; are servers still full in these games?

Maybe I expect too much for first person shooters, I remember having to wait for 30 minutes to get into a CS server in the 2000's despite there being thousands of them

I think you nailed it with this one. Where the fuk are the street fights. I get it, helicopters, tanks, jets. But I have still not experienced proper street fights. There are no rooms for it. Just too big areas where you get dropped by the choppers and jets

I retired my luck got the ea pass for 5 bucks to retry the game and I finally was able to complete a match but yeah the game still feels too clunky to be a "finished" product not really sure why they felt the need to rush it out. I know the community would've hated it but if EA was honest and said we need more time I think it would've been a worth the wait to really polish it off better but you know... money and sht
