Damn good. I notice that on your way out of the hole, you tilt your upper back slightly forward. I used to do this until I read somewhere that you’re supposed to maintain a completely straight line all the way. Is that bs? I felt like I could lift significantly more if I tilted a bit.

Honestly bro, I just lift how I lift so long as I don't feel pains, niggles or feel something weird. I wake up with my glutes, quads, hammies and sometimes calves with doms so I'ma keep doing what I'm doing hehe.

Nice man. Since you're posting, I assume what you actually want is some constructive criticism, and I'm narcissistic enough to give it to you.

You have a bit of a hitch coming out of the bottom where you shoot your hips up too quick, and it's making your bar path less than ideal. This causes your shins to go vertical and you lose some of the leverage of the lift. Then you have to good morning the bar until your torso is straight, and finally you can finish the lift. Your knees also buckle in quite a bit at times. You could lift even more weight with some form adjustments srs since you wouldn't need to be controlling the bar moving horizontally anymore.

Around 9 minutes in this video they talk about it briefly.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsXj2fQ4uow

Thanks for the tips

Tbh this feels super comfortable and 'natural'

I am almost done with my barbell goals. I can bench 2x bw row and deadlift 3x bw row (absolutely no belt / sleeves and all that junk) - I just want that 2.5x squat ATG and then I'll probably leave it lol srs
