in natural people (non roiders) gyno is mostly a result of hormonal imbalance during puberty, so estrogen glands built up on the nips and they stay there
the procedure of a standard gyno surgery is to remove those glands, a lot of people carry extra fat so they just do lipo on that area too, to completely remove anything that bulges behind your nips cuz the annoyance comes from a bulge (doesnt matter if its the glands or fat)
however, standardy gyno surgery is removal of those glands that you developed during puberty
any one that knows what gyno is and what it looks like, knows that OP had a 100% case of actual gyno that would not go away if he lost weight, it is very evident just from looking at his super small pics

Some strong fukkin retards in here that dont really understand the difference between gyno and fatty tits. You can go down to single digit numbers and still have a nice pair of gyno taters/nips.
OP did you surgeon do lipo around the chest as well? usually if they go in to remove the gland, they'll suck off the excess fat too.... and congrats, it already looks loads better.

Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
Use the internet to learn why you should do these things and how to do these things.

I’ve lost weight before on my stomach so I know that won’t be an issue — it was always my tits that wouldn’t go away.

Anyway, it’s a party for me, so reps to 5 random miscers!

Yes I recognize i probably should have gotten Lipo on my stomach as well. But i know i can lose that fast, it’s always been my man boobs that i struggled with the most.

You drank right away? Lolz. They told me i can’t drink for 4 weeks after surgery.
I’m only walking right now as my exercise, how long were you out of the gym for?

i lost 15 pounds and noticed my "tits" shrank a good amount.
there is difference between actual gyno and just fat being stowed on the chest. gyno is hard breast tissue from hormones.

I wonder if it's worth gyno surgery when you have a high BF% im have a consult this tuesday. I have pretty big glands, had it ever since I was 11. Thought it was fat at first but I cut down to 7% bf before and the more lean I got the worse it looked.
Just worried about loose skin if they cut out the gland and with me being a high bodyfat%

Nothing will get rid of that hard glandular mass other than excision.

Update:
Got surgery Wednesday morning. Today is Sunday morning so it’s been 4 days.
Been wearing my compression vest - it can be annoying but i know it’ll pay off, it gets really tight. I’ve had very minor bleeding on my right nipple.
Been sleeping at a 45 degree angle since Wednesday. Took a shower yesterday finally, felt good! Been doing 1.5 hour walks since Friday. Swelling seems to be simmering down a bit. I see my surgeon on Tuesday, so hopefully he gives me good news, whatever that may be. But i hope he does say i don’t need to wear vest continuously

Money would have been better spent on a personal trainer and a budget for good food. Then later down the road got the surgery if it looked bad at 10% bf. Like doing an engine rebuild on a POS car covered in rust and dents.

To the miscer who said to lose weight first. I appreciate your feedback but I’ve done that before. I’ve gone down to 10% but the gyno is still prevalent. It’s annoying cause I would get excited to show off my body but my puffy nipples would hold me back. Once I’m given a full ‘go’ by my surgeon, I am going to do everything possible to lean out again. The bruising went down and swelling has gone down. Still wearing my vest and topi foam on top of my nipples at least until i see my surgeon tomorrow. It’s getting easier to sleep and do stuff. It was a challenge to sit down, get back up or do any movement that requires the breast muscles. Going to shower today.
Been eating really healthy, walking too.
Hope my surgeon gives me the clear to increase my cardio activity.
I think nurse said sutures come out tomorrow? We’ll see. Doctor should send me pictures of the gland and fat tomorrow so I will share those, along with updated pics.
Thanks brahs.

See my surgeon today in a couple hours.
Swolleness and bruising went down. I think he’s removing sutures today. I should also be receiving pictures of what he removed from my body. I’ll share those later
