thats not a choke hold
looks like hes just holding the kid on the ground and using his forearm to keep the kid from hitting his head on the pavement while he resists being detained

there is no pressure being applied to his airways= not a choke hole = no assault happened

I’ve said on this forum plenty of times I think a shiit load of cops are pos’

That doesn’t mean I believe this dude just strolled up and put the boy in a headlock though. He more than likely did do something. If not and I see that video I’ll call it like I see it.

These urban youths think they can get away with violence towards people even at young ages without consequence and that’s part of their problem here. That shiit needs to stop. They have to learn some way they need to keep their fukkin hands to themselves. I am simply out of give a fuks towards them or anyone doing the same.
Are you mentally retarded? You're a mouth drooler arent you?

Did you not get the point of the video?

Also, that cop in that video linked shot towards the home dept employee putting her life in danger........and your response is "and? I have no sympathy for anyone on their way to harm innocent people."

What kinda luke warm iq response is that? lol

holy fuk you are straight up stupid.

Because you're him or the cop, right?

I can assure you if I had you in that position you would have issues breathing. Go put one of your bf's in that position and lean your shoulder onto their chest where their lungs are, aka "airways" and see if he doesn't struggle.

lot of racists on the misc tonight, but SS threads gets her more rep's than anyone......

this is not an instance of implicit bias, the only implicit bias is on your part that because this is a white cop and a black criminal that its racism. Which infact makes you the racist because you are being prejudicial and perpetuating more divisiveness and attention to racism where there is no racial issue. This creates further racial tension and further racism in effect making you the racist. Which is why you get negged by people.

But they can get upset over ANY situation where they're confronted by police and you can get jammed up for anything you do while on duty. Do you have a problem with writing them speeding tickets? If I had to guess, I'd say probably not.

I have a problem writing tickets in general. I rarely write tickets. It's not worth it. People complain all the time, meaning there's tons of complaints in my file for unjustified stops because someone complained, because the body camera doesn't see over the steering wheel so it can't be proven that they committed the violation (this is neither an unfounded or founded complaint, but lack of evidence). So if I ever go to court for something serious, it's "Officer, is it true you have dozens of complaints against you which weren't resolved because of alleged racism/lying/etc?". Stupid. Over some motor violation.

Then you also have traffic court. People always want to fight their tickets in the hope I won't show up because it's some stupid advice that's given by stupid people. I have to show up. After I've worked my 12.5 hour shift, getting off at 630am, I have to be at court at 830am to testify against some stupid ticket. I probably won't actually testify until around 1000am, and I can't sleep in the meantime, so I'm basically on a 16-17 hour day by the end of it, get home, get 3 hours of sleep and wake up for potentially another 16 hour day. Because I wanted to enforce a stop sign violation? Not worth it.

Like I said earlier, it's part of the job. You know how you get upset at people that screw up your orders at fast food places for not doing their jobs? Same thing, but your job is obviously much more serious lol.

Look, I respect cops and what they do and everything, but **** all of y'all, too. Why take the job if you're not going to actually do it and help people?
