What would you do if this happened to you? Woman looking + bouncing on yoga ball

A couple weeks ago I was finishing up my workout doing seated shoulder press. A few meters behind me I heard 2 women in their 40's talking about guys and dating. They were in the stretching section behind me, but I could see them through the reflection in the mirror infront of me.

One was actually stretching, but the other one was just talking and sitting on a yoga ball. The one on the yoga ball was facing the same mirror as me and exchanged a couple glances. She was mainly talking about how she hasn't been dating much recently, and asked the other woman "where am I going to meet some cute guys?". I think she noticed I was listening because she exchanged more glances through the mirror and was smiling, I smiled back. She also started bouncing on the yoga ball while smiling and looking at me, which gave me a semi srs.

I didn't approach and just finished my workout and left. I'm kicking myself now because I probably could have smashed that LTC milf.

What would you miscers have done in this situation? Should I have approached her?

I honestly probably would have just walked out. Even if they are attractive, if I can tell by just looking that they are 40 or over, it's not even worth the effort, or time. I would just get on with my life. Older women just really don't do it for me tho. I'm in my early 30s tho, so that's probably why. Early 20s me would probably think it would be an accomplishment, but my current self would just not even care. Lots of other women worth approaching, especially below 40s lol

lol it could probably get some laughs with girls my age or younger, but I wouldn't necessarily try that on an older woman

Walked right up to that sl00t, KICKED the ball out from under her so she falls flat on her ass, and then absolutely YELLED at her; "DON'T BOTHER ME WHEN I'M TRYING TO WORKOUT", and then walked back to where I was working out.

Do older women do that? I thought it was just younger chicks that do that.
I didn't see anyone recording anything. It was only me and like 6 people in the gym at that time, so it would've been easy to see if someone was recording.

True I'll have to man up and approach next time. Not sure why I hesitated. I don't usually approach in the gym and it's unusual for me to get this kind of attention from older women, but all the signs were there. So I'm gonna try to talk to her next time srs

sounds like you should have at least found a reason to speak to her. Face her square on (body language goes a long way) and smile a little bit. Then see how she reacts from there. Seems like she was giving you an opening, but the type of opening women do which is barely anything at all because the guy is supposed to read minds or some chit then do all the work

I don't really mind it to be honest. It's normal for a girl to make eye contact, but having them flirt like this is a bit more uncommon for me.
Even if it doesn't go anywhere, having a girl smile or wink at me is a nice confidence booster.
