I think the most logical solution is for student loans should be subject to bankruptcy laws. It will give people an out or at least have a judge moderate the interest rates and overall payment plan, but it's not giving it away for free. Reward those who pay it off as promised. Also lenders would be more careful about who they give out loans to. Colleges would have to step back tuition when they realize people can't get loans for degrees that don't pay out enough.

It won't end there though, promise you that. Then there will be so many tears flowing down the street of people crying they can't go to college because they can't afford it or don't have the credit/ect.

Some of these so called “trade schools” have been caught preying on young kids with their predatory school loans , when they sell them a dream they will never be able to pay off. It’s almost like these schools primary concern was to get them locked in the schools and gov financial system for years to make money off of them more so then actually giving them a useful education/ career.

Now give refund to every responsible law-abiding adult who did the right thing and paid back their loans like they were supposed to. They shouldn't be punished and get a short end of the stick for being a good members of society.

Also send an extra 50K check to every military member who was scammed to enlist with an incentive of "free college", when they could've just went to college normally and had the government "forgive" the loan anyway.
