Saw this and saw your neg. I slept on it and did some early morning thinking over a cup of coffee and the sunrise. The conclusion I came to was you are not only a soft bodied little pussi on the outside, but on the inside too. This thread wasn’t an easy thing for me to post. I’m the first person to say that I need to get my ass in the gym and lose some body fat, which I have done before and I will again. I am disgusted with my shape. You guys telling me the same thing isn’t going to make a difference.

To those that actually read my posts and understood me, I appreciate it. I will post a progress picture in March.
In all fairness, you did come to a bodybuilding (lol) website to post that you got lipo... Just imagine if someone posted they got calf implants...

True! I think people that are hating secretly are hating cause they can’t afford the things I can. I’ve been here long enough to not expect better.

I think with the surgery, you're more likely to be motivated to clean up your diet and workout routine and get muscular/lean again. you'll look better at a faster rate too, without the boobs/puffy nips to worry about. i've seen it on the gyno subreddit too

You know what’s up and you’re right. Been motivated ever since my surgery — granted, I can’t lift weights or run. Been eating very clean and when I don’t, i keep it in moderation. I have been walking 4 miles daily with one day of rest. I wasn’t happy at all when the doctor sucked out my fat from my chest and my stomach was still there. Misc calling me out made no difference, I knew I needed to make a change ASAP. And yes you’re absolutely right, I’m so excited that once I lose the fat I won’t worry about puffy nips anymore.

This has been my weight since 11/27. I got surgery 12/1/21.

Going good, man. Appreciate it. Swelling has gone down. No pain, just a bunch of soreness…feels like I did 10,000 push-ups still. Scabs forming already where the doctor made the incisions. Still gotta wear the compression garment 24/7. If you read the post I just posted before, you’ll see I’m busting my butt in the kitchen and walking. Goal is to drop down to 165. I still see my nipples and I’m so astounded that they’re not puffy. I see my surgeon again on January 4 to get the gym clearance. Hope you’re doing well

Not everyone over 25% has gyno. The easiest way, according to my surgeon, is to look at the nipples. If they’re puffy, it’s gyno. If not, then it’s just body fat and it’s resolved by healthy eating and exercise. Also if the color of the nipples is a lighter tone then it’s gyno. The lighter tone is due to the gland attached to the nipple. If you look at my before/after, you’ll see nipples got darker in color.

This is an example of a big dudewithout gyno

screw running
just add lifting in and start eating more protein and more clean carbs when you are cleared, and keep the walking going, you will see more fat loss and less muscle loss that way. At 180 and 22% bf I would NOT be running or you are going to be skinny fat. Focus on resistance training and protein and I guarantee your bodyfat %'s will change more which is what you should care about not weight #s

Cardio is good for you. Why not lift heavy AND keep running?
“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

Agree with both of you.

I am focusing on walking only right now cause i haven’t beeen cleared to lift.

Once I’m cleared, will focus on lifting weights and cardio with a very clean diet. My diet has been really good, and when it’s not, i limit myself in terms of quantity
