Have fathers not been able to see their children over flu shots? There would maybe be an argument if vaccines actually stopped or significantly reduced the spread and if the children were immunocompromised in any way. None of that is present. Are the courts just going to take away people's children for being unvaccinated and making ******** posts because they are deemed a danger and a public health risk.
Possibly because the outcomes are not binary. Unfortunately, the reality of covid infection isn't as simple as you either die (unlikely) or you're fine. It's possible the judge is thinking about the spectrum of possible outcomes and what steps can be taken to reduce the chances of negative consequences for a child and the other children involved, where the chances of those negative consequences can be reduced.

Honestly we don’t need to. We need to just keep telling them they are stupid and let them destroy themselves. I mean obv fight back if you get backed into a corner, but the violence will just be used by them to justify what they do. They will double down not be reflective.

I'm not an author on that one, but it's consistent with the larger body of work reporting 20-30% of infected people experience LC. Even Malone had LC.
