So there were 3 black coaches in 2021? Out of 32 teams? Isn't that about 9 percent? And blacks are 13% of the population? Not far off. I don't get it.... it's the best man for the job, no? That's why there's so many black players.... because they are the best men for the job.

Football coaches aren't picked from randomly from the general population. They are very likely picked from the population of people who play nfl or college football. 13% is an irrelevant number

If people left of center didn't swear off ever looking at statistics this wouldn't be a problem, in their minds black people are 50% of the population because that's what it looks like on TV,


That and they're brainwashed to think all races are equally good at everything, and would get a chance to prove it if whites didn't hold blacks back. They can't accept that whites just might be better at some things like black people are at athletics (which they accept)

2. The NFL didn't mandate 70% of the league to be black, it happened naturally based on qualifications and talent. So why on earth would black coaches be denied when they're better? It's not a crime to admit white men might just make the best leaders, and that's why most QBs/HC/GMs will be white based on talent.

You are literally doing everything you can to make it about racial bias... in a league that's 70% black.

1. Because in the case of the nfl with such a bigger pool of black talent yet few head coaches it doesn't make sense.

1. Did anyone say that? But there's a reason most coaches played at least in college.

The pool of black talent relative to head coaches makes no sense. Everyone knows it except the wilfully blind or people who believe the just world fallacy.

If almost coaches have been white, obviously most of the top ones will be white. Most of the bad ones are white too you retard.

The best players are not picked by opinion, they objectively prove it on the field and there are stats to back it up.

I have not seen one piece of evidence that shows black coaches are worse than white, especially if given the same circumstances.

In fact what we see is black coaches are more likely to be fired with a winning record than white
