I'm working a double shift today, so skipping the gym for that.

I work Saturdays, but will be hitting shoulders + abs.

Aside from the above, I need to honestly get my chit together and start studying for a certification. Been putting it off for too damn long.

Make a list of hobbies that are done with groups in other people

Take the 1-2 hobbies on that list you like

Join groups featuring the same people there on a weekly basis

Make friends there

I see regulars that i make small chat with the gym. But how do i turn these acquaintances into true friends.

I will be watching netflix and going to the gym by myself both days.

Currently watching like 4 different shows at the same time, Ozark (cartel drug series), All of us are dead (korean zombies), Undercover, and Who killed Sara, an interesting show about the mysterious death of a girl, and a man wanting to seek vengeance.
Ozark is dope. Can't wait for part 2 of season 4.

Will be skydiving this weekend.

You guys should get a new hobby like scuba, para, snowboarding, climbing etc. It's a great way to make friends rather than rotting at the gym alone.

I have a nice rail someone welded that I bust out on the driveway every so often. Raises from about 10 inches to 18 or so. I also build a small box during covid lock downs. It's standard, foot high.

I barely skate much anymore but try to a few times a year. I wish I lived near a skatepark.

Started going to the gym again after babying my shoulder for a few months. Still bothers me but I gotta lift, I'm losing it.

I'll probably also do some shiit around the house, get some of my notes organized, gather papers for taxes, etc.

Try and squeeze in some PS5 in between. About to platinum bloodborne then start playing RDR2 or something. Just started gaming casually again.

Nice, a little rail and box is about the only thing at the closest skatepark. I'll sometimes go long periods without skating at all and it's crazy how quickly you'll lose all your tricks if you don't practice frequently.

It's been like 15-20 years since I've skated consistently. The timing of my pop/flick is so off. Ironically I still have solid timing when skating switch. I was sponsored by a local shop in high school. Now I suck but it's all good.

These days I'm psyched if I just land a clean kick flip or pinch a nice crook on the rail.

Its boring socializing after 25 so I just do things on my own or with my gf. I've been snowed in for 3 days and I'm just gonna lift and play video games later. I used to go to the gym every day but like I said after 25 or so it just isn't fun.

It's weird but some tricks definitely got easier to do switch. Not sure why that is
