This is going to be my year bros. I'm back on the wagon (cannot outwork the booze and drunken uber eats binges) and have been maintaining an overall good diet. I certainly have a ways to go though.

Destroyed legs today. Making good cutting progress. I’m not even gonna go out and get faded tonight. Just gonna eat my meals like I’m prepping for the Arnold 5 weeks out

You going to the Arnold? I'm pretty jelly. I went in 2016 and it was amazing because all the big names in youtube fitness were there to meet lmao. The next year was less exciting since I had met everyone already. Third year I kind of hated it. Just shoulder to shoulder sweaty bros.

Would go again now if Cuckada wasn't making border crossings a bitch. Good trip for getting yucky with the boys and watching half naked dudes on stage

186lb right now. Need to drop around 6lbs in the next month and I think I’ll be looking a lot better. Strength is good right now.

Shyt, this is my fourth year living in Columbus and I still haven't gone. I've never really had that much desire to, for whatever reason.

Depends what you like. If I went again I'd probably just get tickets to the open bodybuilding show because that includes the show as well as the Strongman finals. If you do go to the convention you can find some really sick deals if you go on the Sunday when everyone is just trying to empty out what they brought. My friend got a belt basically half off because the sales people just wanted to dump everything.

I had gastro for 2 weeks in december then couldn't train for 2 weeks in january because I caught covid, diet was an absolute mess too. Thankfully back to full intensity now.

Redcon already said they don't want Nick. What's up with him? Why is he ****ing around with his coach and sponsors?

It's funny, on BroChat Fouad has talked to Nick multiple times about not getting ahead of himself and staying humble. Now Nick is dropping the guys that helped him get where he is.

I find Reagan always last minute looks better tbh.

As for the commie Arnold comment...ya. after his screw your freedom stuff I'm pretty turned off by him. But I can drive to Ohio, I'd have to fly to see the olympia.

Tbh nick is goat I love him. Idk what’s going on behind the scenes but if I was him the same day they signed cbum as owner of raw or revive or both or whatever and didn’t include nick I’d be 100% out. But idk what happened there

Well Nick is a great bodybuilder and he may be Mr O one day. But in terms of value Cbum is worth way more. Nick doesn't have the personality to attract mainstream money, he's a bodybuilders bodybuilder. Chris is outgoing and aesthetic in a way that normies don't automatically get grossed out by.
