I would make complaints to the council. Be consistent.

Plus, I’m an animal so I would let their tires down and wipe dogchit on their car etc. I’m about that life.

Also, and this is important: before living somewhere, go there at night, sit in your car, turn off the engine and listen to the neighbors. Do this on a weeknight and a weekend. Basic reconnaissance \ due diligence.

For the record, I call my GF my “squeeze” or my “main squeeze”. It’s something my dad used to say, and I love saying it.

I woman in my office a few years back had nightmare neighbours, all you can really do is contact environmental health / public health at the council. They give you sound recording equipment to record evidence, she ended up moving houses, they weren't much use.

If there is no change, at least try the council approach and log a neighbour nuisance complaint. I used to work for the anti-social behaviour team and tenants CAN be taken to court and evicted if they ignore warning letters. Tell the Council the effect it is having on you and that you have already tried speaking to the neighbours multiple times but to little avail. They are PAID to monitor the behaviour of their tenants.

as long as you live in the city or suburbs, bad neighbors are a part of life... most people are considerate and just want to be left alone, but there's ALWAYS some in every neighborhood that absolutely do not give a ****, know the line they can't cross without police being involved, and pretty much dare you to move out

the only thing you can do is move to a less densley populated area where your neighbors aren't so close

a higher income neighborhood also increases your odds of having quiet neighbors but it's still kind if random
