Yeah sorry. Feel free to discuss more here but you can't talk about prescriptions.

Just because you're paranoid it doesn't mean you're not being followed.

Drugs just fill a hole, op. It isn't worth it. SSRIs are a scam and once your brain adapts to them they stop working and you have a kunt of a withdrawal waiting for you.

I had some past trauma, and some more recent stuff in the past month that I can't talk about, but I started having horrible anxiety and panic attacks, only sleeping a couple hours a night. Waking up with panic attacks, too.
I made an appointment with a doctor immediately and am finally getting scheduled with a counselor.
There's some good breathing mobile apps that I usually recommend, but unfortunately they barely helped my situational anxiety. But they are really great for day to day anxiety.
I wish you the best, anxiety sucks. See an empathetic doctor if you need to. I actually switched doctors over my situation.
Edit: try to see a counselor too. If things are getting worse, attack it from all angles

I've had anxiety on/off most of my life. Usually starts when I start to worry about something and obsess over it. Goes away fairly quickly when I accept it as anxiety and stop focusing on it. I'm getting better at realizing i'm an anxious person and trying to not go crazy overthinking things.

Look at your belief systems... what beliefs do you have about yourself or others that could be causing anxiety?
